And the media of the Council stated in a statement that "Nass" received a copy of it (September 25, 2022), that "the Supreme Judicial Council held its eleventh session, which was held at eight o'clock this morning, headed by the President of the Federal Court of Cassation, Judge Faiq Zaidan." He added, "During the session, the Council decided to promote a number of judges and members of the Public Prosecution Office, assign a number of them, and grant judicial positions that require approval of formations in some federal appeal presidencies, according to the proposal submitted by the Presidency of Appeal." He continued, "The council also decided to respond to the Syndicate of Journalists' request to form publishing courts in the center of the Courts of Appeal, with jurisdiction to hear complaints about journalists related to their journalistic work, and to confirm the previous uncles regarding the Syndicate's notification of any complaint lodged against journalists." The council also decided, according to the statement, "to form a central committee in the Supreme Judicial Council to oversee the construction and renovation of the courts so that they are in form and content at a level appropriate to the status of the judiciary." And the judiciary media stated in a statement that the council decided to promote a number of judges and members of the public prosecution and assign a number of them, and to grant judicial positions that require approval of formations in some federal appeal presidencies according to the proposal submitted by the Presidency of Appeal.
