Yup.  Everything is NOT done as the Gurus claim, it's all done.

Iraq is nowhere near ready.

How can CBI pull the trigger if there is no stability?

Contractors are NOT coming in to invest.

A safe environment is first & foremost.

There will never be stability without a functioning Government.  IMHO.
