The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, and the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, stressed the importance of adopting dialogue among all.  

  

 

  

A statement issued by Saleh's office, and followed by "Nass" (August 28, 2022): The latter met with Plasschaert and discussed with her the developments in the political situation in the country and ways to get out of the existing crisis through solutions that rise to the challenges, entitlements and required.   

  

The two sides stressed the importance of adopting dialogue among all to reach satisfactory results that guarantee security and stability and achieve the aspirations of citizens.

{Political: Al Furat News} The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, received today, Sunday, at the Peace Palace in Baghdad, the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jenin Hennis-Plasschaert.

A presidential statement, which was received by Al-Furat News Agency, said that "the meeting dealt with developments in the political situation in the country and ways to get out of the existing crisis through solutions that rise to the challenges and entitlements required."

The two sides "stressed the importance of adopting dialogue between all to reach satisfactory results that guarantee security and stability and achieve the aspirations of citizens."

Today, Sunday, the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, stressed the importance of adopting dialogue in order to reach solutions that meet the challenges and requirements required.

The Presidency of the Republic said in a statement, "The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, received, today, Sunday, at the Peace Palace in Baghdad, the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert."

He added that "the two sides discussed the developments of the political situation in the country and ways to get out of the existing crisis through solutions that rise to the challenges and entitlements that are required," stressing "the importance of adopting dialogue between all to reach satisfactory results that guarantee security and stability and achieve the aspirations of citizens."
