Shafaq News/ "Yasser al-Maliki" who is close to the head of the State of Law coalition, "Nuri al-Maliki", warned today, Sunday, of "sedition", stressing that "there is no renewal" for those who "fabricated and conspired."

The Secretary-General of the Al-Bashaer Youth Movement, Deputy Yasser Al-Maliki, said in a tweet to him, "No matter how much you fabricated and conspired as you did yesterday, there is no renewal or allegiance to you."

Al-Maliki added, "We warn you against re-igniting the fuse of sedition, bid farewell in peace and save what is left of your face."

"Yasser al-Maliki's" tweet comes after recorded audio leaks that were said to be from the leader of the State of Law coalition, former Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, which shows an unprecedented attack by the latter against the leader of the Sadrist movement and leaders in the Popular Mobilization.

The “leak blogger” sets a condition for his appearance before the judicial investigation

Baghdad - people

"Al-Maliki's Leaks Blogger", Ali Fadel, set, on Tuesday, a condition for his appearance before the judicial investigation.

This came in response to a tweet by the Iraqi politician Mithal Al-Alusi, which he wrote on Twitter, followed by "Nas" (July 19, 2022), in which he said, "Circular: The Iraqi judiciary is opening an investigation into Al-Maliki's leaks published by the Iraqi blogger Ali Fadel!" .

He added, "I do not know my law and I suggest summoning the free journalist Ali Fadel, and he will refuse to attend for fear of assassination by an alien, and then the senior judge has the right to close the case and acquit the accused!, and your father, may God have mercy on him."

Fadel said, commenting on Al-Alusi's tweet, "Evening lights, sir, is an example. Or I have a second solution. I write my words at the Iraqi embassy in Washington, but on one condition. Notify the US authorities and the following channels, CNN, Fox News, BBC, that I have entered the embassy."

The Supreme Judicial Council announced, earlier, the opening of an investigation into the leaks attributed to the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki.

And the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated in a statement that “Nass” received a copy of it, (July 19, 2022), that “the Karkh Investigation Court received a request submitted to the Public Prosecution to take legal measures regarding the audio leaks attributed to Nuri al-Maliki, and a fundamental investigation is currently underway regarding it in accordance with the law.” .

The leader of the Dawa Party, Amer al-Kafishi, commented, on Tuesday, on the audio leaks attributed to the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, stressing that al-Maliki is a son of clans and he is not in a position to speak about these particularities in front of others.

Al-Kafishi said in an interview with colleague "Batoul al-Hassan", followed by "Nas" (July 19, 2022), that "it is not for al-Maliki to speak about these matters and privacy in front of others or to offend personalities."

Al-Kafishi added, "In one of the sessions, I was present with Al-Maliki and one of the brothers criticized one of the personalities, and by God, I heard Al-Maliki said to him, 'Oh my brother, do not talk about this hadith. ".

Regarding the reality of the leaked recordings attributed to Al-Maliki, whether they were real or fabricated, Al-Kafishi said: “Al-Maliki is a son of clans and among the characteristics of the sons of the clans, they do not talk about others, because they have this shameful thing,” explaining, “I am sitting with clansmen who do not talk about others; Because this is an insult to his personality as a member of a clan."

Al-Kafishi continued, "Sometimes he puts forward a political opinion without insulting others, and this is a normal political opinion without insulting," wondering: "Who has fabricated and leaked these matters? A well-known man is an agent of the Americans," Al-Kafishi said.

On Monday, the Islamic Dawa Party responded to the latest statement of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, in which he addressed the issue of audio leaks attributed to the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki.

The party said in a statement received by "Nass" a copy of it (July 18, 2022): "We are the party of the martyrs, the fathers of the martyrs, the sons of the martyrs, and the followers of the happy martyr Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr (may his honorable secret be sanctified) we have told our proud Iraqi Muslim people since we were in the opposition and in the fencing arenas with Al-Afalqa Al-Arajas."

He added, "The marshes of Iraq, its mountains, and its valleys witnessed us, and the blood of our righteous martyrs stained the cells of the End Palace, Abu Ghraib, its garrisons, and its single prisons. He worked throughout our movement and our advocacy and political action, and this is consistent and recorded in the literature of the blessed da’wah, as we have told our people in the areas of political confrontation since the political process began in Iraq after the fall of the idol.

He continued, "We were and still maintain the constants of religion and the homeland, and we worked politically comfortably with all partners, which lead us to serve our country and advance our Islamic project, whose foundations laid by our first martyr, al-Sadr (may God be pleased with him) and the righteous kinetic scholars, so we and our brothers in the political process preserved national unity and restored Iraq's sovereignty by expelling the occupier." And we are still maintaining the situation of the operation from collapsing in the face of the actions of the international and regional enemies and greedy people.

He pointed out that "with the indications of the formation of the government, we see that there are those who are fanning the fire of sedition among us, the sons of Sadrists, whom we expressed when we entered Iraq with symbol and identity, and we worked politically with all our Islamic brothers and others, and we did not monopolize authority, but the response was according to the data and contexts approved by the constitution."

The party said, "We have not entered into a partisan conflict with any party, and we have not been drawn into side conflicts that distance us from our Islamic and national goals. We see these days signs of sedition pouring oil on the fire by the stalkers and stalkers in our people's circles, and by secret services at home and abroad who aspire to transform Iraq has become the epicenter of a conflict through electronic leakage and espionage, which has been subjected to counterfeiting and forgery, and this has been made clear to our people.”

He continued, "We will not be drawn into blind strife between the sons of the one nation, as well as the missionary line represented by the two martyrs al-Sadr (may their secret sanctify), and we call on our people and their political forces to beware of falling into a conflict that only serves the enemies of Islam and the homeland."

On Monday, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, sent a strongly worded message to the Dawa Party and the allied forces within the "coordinating framework" after the recent audio leaks attributed to the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, and while asking al-Maliki to surrender himself to the judicial authorities, he said that "destructive ideas Al-Maliki holds that it will spread havoc and destruction on Iraq and its people.

Al-Sadr stated in a blog post followed by "Nass" (July 18, 2022), "It is surprising that the threat comes from (the Dawa Party) affiliated with the al-Sadr family, its chief al-Maliki, and from a Shiite party claiming its demand for the strength of the sect."

Al-Sadr added, "From here, I call for extinguishing the strife through a joint denunciation by the leaders of the forces allied with him on the one hand, and by the elders of his clan on the other."

Al-Sadr continued, "The denunciation is not limited to accusing me of collaborating with Israel or accusing me of killing Iraqis, even though I injected all the blood of Iraqis, including al-Maliki, in a previous clash in which he was the one who ordered and banned," adding, "Yes, not only that, but more importantly than that." It is his attack on the Iraqi security forces and accusing the popular crowd of cowardice and its incitement to sedition and Shiite-Shiite fighting, and it was said that in subsequent leaks it will transgress even the references, and God knows best.”

And the leader of the Sadrist movement went on to say: "I absolve before God and the people of any aggression against him and of any use of violence against him. It is possible that a third party will intervene to stoke strife, and I am innocent of it until the Day of Judgment."

Al-Sadr called on al-Maliki to "declare seclusion and retire from political work and resort to seeking forgiveness or surrendering himself and those who seek refuge from the corrupt to the judicial authorities, perhaps it would be a form of repentance for him before God and the Iraqi people."

Al-Sadr addressed al-Maliki by saying, "You have no right, after these destructive ideas, to lead Iraq in any way. Rather, that is ruin and destruction for Iraq and its people."

These alleged leaks are among a series published by the Iraqi activist residing outside the country, Ali Fadel, on his Twitter page, and he says that it is a “recording of an hour-long meeting between al-Maliki and others,” without disclosing how he obtained the recordings or their source.

Shafaq News/ Hadi al-Amiri, head of the "Fatah" coalition, one of the leaders of the coordination framework, called on Wednesday, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, to refrain from the audio recordings attributed to the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki.

Al-Amiri said in a speech today during the 13th Al-Ghadeer International Media Festival held in Baghdad, "I call on Mr. Muqtada Al-Sadr to rise above the last recordings and he is qualified for that," adding that "these recordings are intended to divide and destabilize, and represent the decadent media, we have become thirsty." He added, "They are serious about resolving the prime minister's file to complete the rest of the constitutional entitlements and expedite the formation of the government," referring to the coordination framework that confirms his progress in forming the government after the Sadrist movement withdrew from the political process in Iraq.

This development comes in the midst of a dispute that escalated when audio recordings attributed to the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, were spread, in which he strongly attacked Muqtada al-Sadr, the popular crowd, leaders and political currents.

Although al-Maliki's office denied the accuracy of these recordings, Muqtada al-Sadr issued a strongly worded response, calling on al-Maliki to quit political work or surrender himself to the Iraqi judiciary.

The political scene in Iraq is already tense with the passage of ten months since the formation of the government faltered, due to differences between al-Sadr and leaders in the coordination framework led by al-Maliki, which called on the Sadrist movement to withdraw with political action, giving the formation of the government to the framework.

The “Mufti” of the Shiite factions preoccupies the Iraqis

Militias resort to Mirza to get his opinion on their operations
Wednesday - 21 Dhu al-Hijjah 1443 AH - 20 July 2022 AD Issue No. [15940]

front-200722-iraq_0.jpg?itok=YxhJBUhF
Nouri al-Maliki (conscious)

Yesterday, journalists, activists, and most of the pioneers of Iraqi social networking sites were preoccupied with finding out who the “Mufti” or “Mirza” was mentioned in the fifth audio recording of Al-Maliki published by journalist Ali Fadel yesterday, especially after he mentioned the name as the Mufti and the religious reference to which the armed factions belong. In the event that it wants to carry out hostile acts related to killing or to fight this or that party.

The title "Mirza" is usually given within religious circles in the Shiite tradition to people who descend from a mother who belongs to the lineage of imams (Alawite) and a father who is not a clan.

Armed Shiite militias and faction groups rely, in their military actions, on fatwas from well-known clerics at times and unknown at other times. in the Iranian city of Qom.

Relying on the fatwa of clerics in killing, kidnapping or torturing opponents is a “legitimate” context adopted by all Shiite factions since 2003 and before, whether during the civil war (2006-2008) or during their participation in the war against ISIS inside Iraq or Syria . Prior to 2003, the armed parties and factions opposed to Saddam Hussein's regime residing in Iran relied on the fatwa of clerics in carrying out assassinations against officials in the "Baath Party" and the security services.

In the leaked fifth section of al-Maliki’s hadith, one of the speakers with him says in a popular tone, “It must become blood (blood must be spilled), and it is legitimate blood. They are not deterred) Without blood, we are ready to sacrifice.”

The Iraqis’ interest in knowing “Mirza” stems from the lack of fame of this character among the popular circles, similar to the fame of many clerics and preachers of the pulpits. Therefore, most speculations have focused on the personality of Mirza Abdullah Abd al-Rasoul al-Ihqaqi, who was born in the province of Azerbaijan in northwestern Iran in 1963. He is, according to “Wikipedia” (one of the references of the Sheikh Iqqaiq sect, which is one of the Twelver Shiite sects). It is a group that is not known for its political activity or its links with armed groups and factions, which has increased the state of ambiguity about knowing the identity of the intended "Mirza".

Regarding all this, Abdullah Abdul Rasoul al-Ihqaqi, yesterday, cut doubts about certainty when he issued a brief statement, in which he said, “There is false news spread on (Twitter) on my side, I and our united group are innocent of interfering in these (political) matters. The news is all lies and not on my part.”

On the way of many seeking to know the mysterious “Mirza” character, some sources stated that the mystery will disappear in the expected sixth episode of the audio recording that will be published by Ali Fadel.

Al-Maliki's recordings confuse the mechanism of naming a candidate to head the Iraqi government

The publication of the fifth episode of it...the Iraqi judiciary begins its investigation
Wednesday - 21 Dhu al-Hijjah 1443 AH - 20 July 2022 AD Issue No. [15940]

Members of a demining team inspect a neighborhood in the city of Mosul the day before yesterday (dpa)

Iraq's Supreme Judicial Council announced that it has launched an investigation into the leaked recordings attributed to the leader of the State of Law coalition and former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki. The Council said in a brief statement yesterday (Tuesday), that "the Karkh investigation court received a request submitted to the Public Prosecution to take legal measures regarding the audio leaks attributed to the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki." He added that the court "is currently conducting a fundamental investigation in accordance with the law."

It is noteworthy that a number of lawyers submitted last Sunday a request to inform the Iraqi Public Prosecution regarding the recordings in which Al-Maliki attacked political parties and forces, the army, the police, and a number of countries.

The investigation into these recordings, which has become known as "WikiLeaks al-Maliki", is the first of its kind carried out by the judiciary against a political leader of the size of al-Maliki, who is one of the first-line leaders. Al-Maliki, who leads the Dawa Party, assumed the presidency of the Iraqi government for two terms (2006-2014), and his coalition "State of Law" in the recent parliamentary elections that took place late last year won second place after the Sadrist bloc.

The leaks attributed to al-Maliki, the fifth recording of which was published yesterday, which is the most important so far, mixed the papers of the forces of the Shiite coordination framework at a time when he was about to reach a mechanism to choose their candidate for prime minister. The recordings that appear successively and reveal Al-Maliki's way of thinking, whether about his opponents, led by the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, or his allies forced everyone to stop talks to form the government. Al-Maliki appeared in those recordings so bitter against Al-Sadr and his followers that he called them the most harsh descriptions, among them “cowards” or describing Al-Sadr as “the killer.” It also did not provide any of the political partners, including the Kurds, especially Massoud Barzani and the Sunnis, especially Muhammad al-Halbousi.

In the last recording, al-Maliki revealed his plan to ally with the Iranian "Revolutionary Guard" without the "informations". But the most important thing about the leak, which drew the attention of observers and observers and those familiar with the Shiite affairs, is that all the information that al-Maliki spoke with, with this brutal frankness, was in front of an obscure Shiite group, which is a simple brigade affiliated with the crowd called “The Defense Mobilization.” This submerged brigade is led by an unknown person in Diyala province who is motivating al-Maliki to wage a Shiite-Shiite war while taking the blessing of an obscure cleric who is also called “Ayatollah Mirza.” Medium in size. What is more, this cleric issued a statement in which he repudiated the armed faction to which he claimed to belong.

Al-Maliki, who was quick to deny the first registration as soon as he left, did not think that the registration process would be elaborate and sequential in this way. In fact, the statement issued by the Dawa Party, which included its denial of the recordings, included a phrase that drew observers and followers, namely “overheard” in the context of the recording installation; Which seemed to many observers and insiders that this amounted to an acknowledgment, albeit implicitly, of the authenticity of the recording, or perhaps parts of it, with the introduction of other voices to mix the papers.

But the most important thing in the process of shuffling the cards is the one that affected the coordination framework that was unified towards the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr and his bloc, which won the highest votes in Parliament. The coordinating framework forces whose leaders, including al-Maliki, began competing for the position of prime minister, did not expect a heavy surprise of this kind. But this surprise, which astonished some, was in favor of forces of the same framework as the only beneficiary of it. While al-Maliki's political shares collapsed, his descriptions of his Shiite partners as "Iranians" led to confusion in each side's view of the other. According to observers and observers, the biggest loser after al-Maliki is the leader of the Conquest Alliance Hadi al-Amiri, while the biggest winner is the leader of Asa'ib Qais al-Khazali.

On the other hand, not even the fifth recording related to either the leader of the Wisdom Movement Ammar al-Hakim or the former Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in al-Maliki’s recordings, but according to what is going on behind the scenes of the coordination framework, each of them was disturbed by the framework’s performance and his way of thinking in resolving the file Prime minister. Al-Hakim declared that he would not participate in the next government, but he was leading calm mediations between the Shiite parties, before the “WikiLeaks”; This made his task more complicated, especially after al-Sadr demanded that al-Maliki surrender himself to the judiciary. As for al-Abadi, who is considered one of the contenders for the position of prime minister, after the decline of the chances of the leaders of the first line of competition, he joined the leader of the Wisdom Movement in disassociating himself from the current tensions within the torn Shiite house.

For his part, Al-Amiri, who received what other forces loyal to Iran received in Al-Maliki's recordings, returned to the fore strongly during the past two days following the recordings scandal. While it was reported yesterday that al-Sadr, who maintained a balanced relationship with al-Amiri, contacted him for the purpose of running for the position of prime minister, with his blessing, the so-called “minister” of al-Sadr quickly denied this.

While the fortunes of al-Maliki ended permanently, the fortunes of both al-Amiri and al-Abadi declined, in contrast to the rise in the chances of a number of leaders of the second line in the Shiite house to compete for the position of prime minister, namely Muhammad Shia al-Sudani, former Minister of Labor and Industry, Faleh al-Fayyad, head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, and Asaad al-Eidani, governor Basra. Between this and that, the fortunes of the current Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, remain fluctuating up and down.

The end of Nouri al-Maliki

Wednesday - 21 Dhu al-Hijjah 1443 AH - 20 July 2022 AD Issue No. [15940]

Tariq Al Hamid
Saudi journalist and writer and former editor-in-chief of Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper

The audio recording attributed to the head of the State of Law Coalition, former Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, on the authority of Muqtada al-Sadr, and the rest of the Iraqi components, means the end of al-Maliki politically, even if he tried to continue.

Al-Maliki's audio recording, which his office denies and warns of "the modern technical ability to falsify facts and voices", showed that he was a militia leader, not a political leader, as he showed him as a ideological man, not a statesman.

The contents of the leaked recording, about which, according to our newspaper, researcher Yahya al-Kubaisi, said, “There is nothing new in al-Maliki’s speech, he always repeats these words in front of his visitors” revealed an unpatriotic thought, and a man who wants leadership, even if it costs the burning of Iraq.

Al-Maliki says in the recording: “The next stage is a fighting stage. Yesterday, I said that to Prime Minister Al-Kazemi, and I said I do not rely on you, or on the army and the police. They will not do anything. Iraq is on the verge of a violent war from which no one will emerge, unless we can overthrow the orientations of Al-Sadr, Al-Halbousi and Masoud.” Barzani. This is a dangerous statement.

The matter does not stop there, as al-Maliki talked about equipping and arming 10 to 15 gatherings, “in preparation for the critical stage,” as he put it. And that "he will attack Najaf to protect the Marja'iya and the people in the event that al-Sadr attacks it."

Those who believe that al-Maliki's speech is a hint of a Shiite-Shiite war, and that he expressed his disappointment with the "popular mobilization", and described them as "a nation of cowards" are mistaken. The story is bigger, and more dangerous, because we are facing a major sectarian strife, and a real destruction project for Iraq.

What was issued by al-Maliki could not be issued by a statesman, as he undermined the state’s security apparatus, and talked about the “drop” of the Iraqi Sunni, Shiite and Kurdish components, which makes the following question legitimate, which is: What is the difference between al-Maliki’s speech and the speech of ISIS that was targeted, And targets Iraq, and its components?

Accordingly, the leaked recording of al-Maliki means his political end, even if he continued in the scene trying to survive, as ideological and extremism became clear in his speech and orientation, which is something that cannot reach Iraq to safety.

Al-Maliki’s leaked speech is a catastrophic recipe for igniting the great conflagration in Iraq, and among all the components, not just the Shiite-Shiite component, and this is something that must be addressed by all means, because it is a war that will burn everything and everything.

As for the region, whoever deals politically with Nuri al-Maliki is aware that he has no political credibility, and I heard myself once, the late Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, may God have mercy on him, speaking about that.

On that day, with a group of Saudi journalists, one of them asked the late king about the relationship with Iraq. King Abdullah said that after mediation by President Bush Jr., he asked al-Maliki to sign a ten-point paper that he pledged to abide by, to ensure better relations with Saudi Arabia.

The late King Abdullah said, at the time, that al-Maliki did not abide by one of them, and therefore decided not to deal with him. This is what events in the region have proven, and the leaked tape now proves, and for all Iraqis, and not a specific component, or one political one.

A discrepancy in attitudes between Mosaddegh and a skeptic about the owners’ audio leaks

A discrepancy in attitudes between Mosaddegh and a skeptic about the owners’ audio leaks

Recordings leaked by “unknown” parties have spread about a meeting in which former Prime Minister and one of the most prominent leaders of the coordination framework, Nuri al-Maliki, speaks like wildfire, becoming the main concern of the pioneers of social networking sites. Infighting and creating chaos in the country.

Intelligence leaks

In this regard, the politician, Dr. Haitham Al-Mayahi, said that “the leaks are intelligence services, and they were published by audio first, and then by image and sound after that.”

Al-Mayahi described the audio leaks as an “immoral act,” expressing his rejection of them as Iraqis.

Al-Mayahi added: "We hope that such leaks will not be accepted from any leader, whether Kurdish, Arab or Christian, and we must not be silent about them. Leaks may appear to everyone, whether negatively or positively."

He continued, "The matter has gone beyond the stage of insults and cursing among politicians, and the matter has reached a very dangerous security stage that must be overcome in peace. We must not allow any journalist, whether at home or abroad, to create strife so that we do not reach the stage of collapse of the state and government system."

The audio leak consists of 48 minutes during a meeting of Al-Maliki with figures believed to be linked to the Dawa Party or the Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades, extracts of which are published every day by the Iraqi journalist based in the United States, Ali Fadel.

The recording was widely circulated on the Iraqis’ pages on the communication sites, in which the speaker (Al-Maliki) was heard attacking the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, in the strongest terms, saying that the latter’s supporters had received support from Iran during the military operations that targeted them in what is known as “The Knights’ Rival.” In Basra, he also describes al-Sadr and his movement as “cowards” and other obscene descriptions, accusing them of killing the leader of “Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq” Wissam al-Alawi in November 2019, calling to prevent the “Sadr Alliance” from agreeing with the Sunni and Kurdish forces, as he launched A stinging attack on the majority of Sunni leaders, describing them as haters of him and the Iraqi state and its institutions.

Al-Sadr and Al-Maliki exchanged accusations many times, some of which were declarative and others hinted, as long as they were accompanied by warnings of the explosion of the street and the congestion of the public scene in the country, which is what happened, Wednesday, after the circulation of the audio recording of the owners.

These sharp differences were recently reflected in the disruption of the results of the legislative elections that took place last October, after their announced numbers remained suspended from implementation when appointing the President of the Republic and forming the largest parliamentary bloc, which has the authority to name the next prime minister.

A few hours after publishing the recording, Al-Maliki's media office quickly denied the authenticity of the recording.

The statement confirmed, "What was published is a recording that was synthesized through modern audio technologies using Deep Fake technology, which has become easily available, to imitate someone's voice with a degree of accuracy that can deceive the audience by using smart devices available in the market."

He added, "The circulation and broadcast of this recording comes at a very sensitive time and juncture that the political process and the Iraqi reality are going through, and it gives an indication that the preparation for it was in advance."

The statement called on the media to "beware of falling into the ambushes of fabricated news promoted by some suspicious channels, and to elicit information from their official sources."

Confirming the denial, al-Maliki issued a second statement, in which he said, "I convey my warning to all my brothers in the political process against fraud and forgery and the use of modern technology devices in attributing statements to me and others."

Open an immediate investigation

For his part, the researcher in political affairs, Kitab Al-Mizan, said that “the National Security Agency and the National Intelligence Service have the ability to analyze the votes in the leaked recording of Al-Maliki.”

Al-Mizan demanded the opening of an immediate investigation to verify the authenticity of the votes, "because what is happening chaos cannot be tolerated," noting that "Iraq is on the verge of disasters if immediate and deterrent measures are not taken."

Analysts say that the circulation of such leaks at this sensitive time in which the country is experiencing, is an attempt to stir up unrest and confusion. A bloody and violent clash, if it happens, will destroy the remaining chances of survival for the country.

"The purpose of this leak is to stir up sedition, regardless of its authenticity or not," Kurdistan Democratic Party MP Majid Shangali wrote on Twitter, tweeting.

And he added in a tweet on Twitter, "Far from the authenticity or incorrectness of the leak attributed to the owners, whoever did it has nothing of morals, and provoking the leak at this time aims to sedition."

But journalist Othman Al-Mukhtar had another opinion, as he said on Twitter, that “I sent the leaked recording of former Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to an expert in audio technologies, who confirmed to me, after examining him, that the recording was not subject to any manipulation or change in the sound layers, and it is true.”

For his part, writer Amer Ibrahim tweeted, saying, "The exchanged audio leaks are new evidence of the futility and failure of the sectarian rule experiment, a partisan, governmental, legislative, judicial, and media failure."

The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, commented on the audio leaks attributed to the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, during which he directed accusations and criticisms of Iraqi political leaders.

Al-Sadr said in a tweet, which included directives to his followers regarding Friday prayers, “Do not care about leaks, we do not value them,” without explicitly mentioning Al-Maliki’s name, stressing that he will not enter another sedition, in reference to his rejection of the conflict with Al-Maliki and his supporters.

timing

The timing of the publication of the leaks came after a series of political positions that revealed that al-Maliki was trying to impose a candidate for the “state of law” for the position of prime minister amid a clear rejection by the majority of the framework forces for any controversial candidate who would not be acceptable Iraqi and international due to fears of Iraq’s exposure to isolation.

It seems that the leader of the Badr Organization, Hadi al-Amiri, a prominent leader, was with this trend after declaring not to participate in the next government and denying his candidacy for the position of prime minister and his demand that the candidate be independent and enjoy Iraqi acceptance.

Also, the leader of the “Al-Hikma Movement” and a prominent leader in the framework, Ammar Al-Hakim, confirmed in the Eid sermon that the current government headed by Mustafa Al-Kazemi has achieved important progress in a number of areas, and it is possible to stay with it while making changes in it to continue running the Iraqi state.

Who is behind the leaks?

Official and press sources related to the coordination framework leaked information during the past days, prior to the disclosure of al-Maliki's registration, confirming Tehran's request from the leaders of the coordination framework to choose an Iraqi figure for the position of prime minister who is acceptable internally, especially from the Sadrist movement, as well as regionally and internationally, indicating that Tehran informed the leaders of the framework. Through its ambassador, Muhammad Al-Sadiq, that it rejects any attempt to aggravate the situation in Iraq, and that they should work to prevent the provocation of the Iraqi street and the international community in forming the new government.

During the past few days, the representatives of the "State of Law" coalition were at the forefront of Iraqi television screens, through the appearance of a number of them to defend their coalition's position in the nomination of Nuri al-Maliki or his nominee for the position of Prime Minister, and they talked a lot about a consensual government and government programs that some observers of the Iraqi affairs considered a provocation to the Sadrist movement. And an attempt to seize the decision of the coordination framework.

Journalist Basem Al-Shara said that there is a belief among the political elite in Iraq that the leader of the "state of law" Nuri al-Maliki is the basis of the current problems in the political process, because of his great political and economic influence that affected the orientations of the Iraqi state and even the decisions of the Iraqi judiciary.

He added that the coalition and its leader, since the resignation of the Sadrist movement from the House of Representatives, have sought to abolish the latter's presence in the Shiite map and to talk about alliances and government programs of their own that do not even represent the coordination framework, indicating that the available information indicates that al-Maliki rejected the advice of all leaders of the coordination framework and even his allies in Iran not to Provoking al-Sadr and proceeding with the formation of a government that may lead to turmoil in the country, which was evident through the alliance he formed with the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and the Sunni “Azm Alliance” led by Muthanna al-Samarrai.

Al-Shara indicated that there are talk that Iranian intelligence may be behind the leak, as it was issued by people close to al-Maliki who were attending the meeting with the aim of stopping his tendency to form a new government, which might provoke the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, and enter Iraq into a new crisis, in addition to that it represents a clear message. Near the end of the man's political work.

He believed that the leaks clearly indicate the presence of a number of the leaders of the framework of resentment of al-Maliki’s orientations to resolve the crisis with the Sadrist movement, as they were not denied by the leaders of the framework or warned against them, considering that al-Maliki’s denial of it and considering it an attempt to sedition did not convince the Iraqi street that it is incorrect. .
