The Central Bank of Iraq issued a directive to banks and electronic payment service providers to adopt the ceiling of financial transfers between bank cards ( P2P ) not exceeding (500) thousand dinars per transfer, provided that the total amount of transfers does not exceed (2) million dinars per month, or its equivalent in US dollars. ..
