*** Sandy Ingram  This is what the Prime Minister said directly to the media - "indicators from the world bank confirmed that Iraq has succeeded in getting past the economic crisis."  The PM also went on to mention the reform represented by the white papers.  For us as investors it doesn't take take a law degree to understand that the existing prime minister has performed well as he had led the country from almost a collapse to stability.  Iraq's inclusion in the GCC plus three meeting with President Biden was invited by Saudi Arabia's king...
