*** Tivon  The reason you are not at the bank yet is because they will not enrich us at the expense of their citizens...So how will they protect themselves from the onset of the reinstatement? The Oil & Gas Law...  Why would they release the new exchange rate and lose trillions of dollars by not having the HCL in place prior to the reinstatement? ...All they needed was a legal standing to support the move. Now they do thanks to the publication of the EFSL in the Gazette.

 

*** Mark  We are getting a statement from the CBI Deputy Governor yet again that there will be 3-5 years before they change the rate. Nobody Panic….This is what we saw in Kuwait. This is interesting especially since it comes on the heels of them talking their economic reforms and the need to move their currency value up in order to force de-dollarization in the markets. They are sending out absolute bi-polar messages right now which is what we expect in the end. [post 1 of 2]

*** Mark  This is exactly what we saw in Kuwait and China just before they RV’d.  Why would they be printing  and letting us know their lower denominations are ready if they have no intention of  pulling that trigger. It is not a secret in their markets that they have printed lower denominations. Why do they tell us it will be 3 -5 years? Because they don’t want us to know the timing. Nobody panic. Just keep your eyes on the goal. [post 2 of 2]

Does anyone know if Kuwait has a lesser corrupt government? I mean it did not take them long to RV.

If the IQD is not on Forex and we want to cash-in.  

This is ONLY what I believe...  Kuwait is stable and wants their investment in IQD to pay off as much as we do.  If we get stuck having to cash-out, in Iraq, I believe we could just as easy cash-out in Kuwait.  There will be money changers in Kuwait City that can help for as fee.

Are you planning to fly to Iraq to cash out? Hmmm Money charger in Kuwait city would be a good choice. However , when someone brings big suitcases full of IQD and land it in Kuwait city, and won't the customs officer check the suitcase through the X-Rays and then find out and confiscate the IQD?

I am not going to fly to Iraq unless we are required to. Then I may have that problem you mentioned.  We will see.
