Al-Sadr: It is incumbent on everyone to separate the Popular Mobilization Forces from the factions

Baghdad - people

The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, called on Sunday to organize the Popular Mobilization and its leaders and adhere to centralization, and eliminate those he described as "abusers."

Al-Sadr said in a statement received by "Nass" (June 12, 2022): "It should not be neglected at all regarding the fatwa of the supreme reference for the establishment of the crowd, which had the greatest impact in mobilizing believers and patriots and mobilizing them for the victory of Iraq and the sanctities... Thank you."

He added: "Praise be to God who helped the mujahideen in recovering a third of Iraq that was usurped, which was sold for no price except for the sake of power. Thanks are extended to our brothers and loved ones in Mosul, Anbar, Diyala, Salah al-Din and Samarra, who were content to defend them...to prove to everyone that there is no grace in jihad and liberation." Rather, we have to restore their dignity and renounce sectarianism in their areas and not take them for the guilt of their extremists.. We and them reject terrorism and the enactment of terrorism against residents, civilians, minorities, and others.”

And he continued: "I offer my respect and love to my mujahideen brothers in the Mujahid Popular Mobilization and to its wounded and heroic martyrs who sacrificed for their homeland hand in hand with the security forces."

He continued, "For the love of them, I condemn all the offensive actions that are issued by some of their affiliates and in their name, address and jihad, and from here it has become necessary for everyone to organize the crowd and its leaders and adhere to centralization and separate them from the so-called factions and liquidate them from the abusers in order for the reputation of the jihad and the mujahideen to remain pure and their blood is pure. And in order to strengthen Iraq and its security forces secondly, and for the crowd to remain the mobilization of the homeland, and in the homeland third.”

And he concluded his statement: “The crowd address should not be associated with politics, commerce, disagreements, political conflicts and the like, and they should not.

Shafaq News/ The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, called on Sunday to separate the Popular Mobilization Forces from the so-called armed factions in Iraq.

The "minister of the leader" who is close to al-Sadr published a blog for the latter on social networking sites "Facebook" on the anniversary of the launch of the Shiite religious authority in Iraq fatwa "sufficiency jihad" to take up arms against ISIS after it invaded an area estimated at two-thirds of Iraq in mid-2014.

Al-Sadr praised the fatwa and the establishment of the crowd, but he also said, “From here it became imperative for everyone to organize the crowd and its leaders, adhere to centralization, separate them from the so-called factions, and liquidate the abusers in order for the reputation of jihad and the mujahideen and their blood to remain pure first, and to strengthen Iraq and its security forces secondly, and for the crowd to remain the nation’s mobilization.” And thirdly at home.

He also stressed that "the crowd's title should not be associated with politics, trade, disagreements, political conflicts, and the like, and they should not."

In November, al-Sadr called for the dissolution of the Popular Mobilization and its disarmament in a manner that ensures that its work is restricted within what was stipulated in the "fatwa" of its founding, which was launched by the Shiite religious authority, Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani.

In 2017, al-Sadr called for the reintegration of the Popular Mobilization Forces into the Iraqi army.

It is noteworthy that the Popular Mobilization was established in June 2014 after ISIS took control of the city of Mosul in northern Iraq. Representatives.

Going out on a limb here: is Sadr looking to start a Civil War in the hopes he can " liquidate " opponents to his vision of Iraq...ie. rid Iraq once and for all of the criminal politicians like Maliki and his followers.

Is HIS endgame to install himself as ruler when the dust settles over all the blood on the sand ?

Does he align Iran with Iraq or does he really NOT like Iran and playing both ends against the middle ?

This is a dangerous game he's playing.
