What is Iraq doing with its oil revenue and not rewarding its citizens or investors by RVing its currency...?

Oil revenue is enjoyed mostly by the corrupt malarky and his cronies. Oil revenue is going into the corrupt's big fat pockets. It isn't easy to combat and clean up the corruption 100% in iraq.

Agreed 100%.  However when the kuwaiti reinstated the dinar from 5 cents to above 3 bucks , was the government of kuwaiti corrupt too at that time?
