*** Clare  Article: "Efforts for a “legal justification” granting Al-Kazemi’s government the authority to send the budget to Parliament"  THERE IS AN OPTION TO  PASS IT UNDER KAZEMI, WITHOUT THE  SEATED NEW GOV...IMO  Question: "I understand that it can pass with Kazemi. My question is do we still have to wait for the RV even if the budget is passed due to the fact that there is still a caretaker government?"  IMO - NO...BECAUSE IT WILL ALL BE EXPOSED!... THEY WILL RELEASE ALL THEY HAVE BEEN HOLDING BACK FROM THE CITIZENS OR THEY MAY HAVE THE TIMING OF THE NEW GOV WORKED OUT WHERE IT ALL SHOWS TOGETHER...WE SHALL SEE..!
