Remember, no one really  knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... :twothumbs:RON

THEY CAN LEGALLY SEND IT WITHOUT THE NEW GOVERNMENT IN PLACE ...OR THEY MAY WAIT UNTIL THE GOI IS RESOLVED ... BUT FOR ANYONE TO SAY THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEW GOI TO SEND THE BUDGET IS WRONG ACCORDING TO THEIR LEGAL POSSIBILITIES.... WE SHALL SEE WHAT THEY DO!
