*** Clare  Article: "A legal expert reveals a surprise: The caretaker government can send the budget to Parliament"  WELL LOOK AT THAT!!!... HOW NICE.... SO IT IS A POSSIBILITY!  THIS SHUTS DOWN THE IDEA THAT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE LEGALLY IT IS...AND THEY ARE WORKING HARD, THE CABINET VOTED A BUNCH OF THINGS YESTERDAY ...A NEW LAW (the food law) AND  Ports announce the activation of the customs and tax link program...

 

 

*** Mark  The news from Iraq, while not meeting our expectations on timing has been overwhelmingly  good…and the amount of disclosure released over the last week has been stunning ...Out of Iraq today I am hearing they hope to release the new budget over the weekend or the very first part of next week…even though the new government isn’t completely sat – they should be able to move forward with the economic reform…I am excited about that.
