I don't think China has or the US has anything to do with the Revalue.  Iraq seems to do what Iraq does...procrastinate, and fight with each other, until year after year passes.   Eventually, they will get it figured out, but like the US, all the politicians are getting rich, so they don't seem to care when it happens.
