The head of the political body of the Sadrist movement, "Ahmed al-Mutairi", confirmed that the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, came to Baghdad to tell the coordinating framework, "Preserve Iraq's reputation."

Al-Mutairi said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, “The blessed steps led by Sayyid Muqtada al-Sadr - the great in his mind, heart and audience - are steps towards reforming a nation that needs that, and they came to preserve civil peace that some of them threaten, and to preserve the Shiites from being said to fight the Shiites.” among themselves for the sake of political gain and worldly pleasures, and to preserve the homeland from inevitable loss, after there was a lot of moral decay and calls for normalization and atheism, and many of the evils that were caused by the first being weak governments that did not hold their ministers accountable, and did not serve their people at the required level, so what was lost and destruction, He did not shirk responsibility towards the reference and the people, and he said, “We will rise again and apologize to the reference and the people for all our shortcomings in their right, and I am one of the apologists, and this was his father’s habit of self-flagellation before others, and the approach of the Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, until the infallible, peace be upon him, said: “I have no deserving work.” Paradise) Muhammad al-Sadr responded to this narration:(How can I and my likes be among the lowly and lowly?) God forbid, O pure and pure one.

The statement added, "Mr. Muqtada al-Sadr's invitation to the brothers in the coordination framework in Baghdad after they refused to come to Najaf al-Ashraf in the house of his father, Sayyid Muhammad al-Sadr, is evidence of his transparency, purity of his heart, and opposition to his whims, to reach effective solutions in the path of the oppressed nation, the digested and assimilated people. To tell them to preserve Iraq’s reputation, and the reputation of Shi’ism, and let us rise again, but on the condition that all the corrupt are expelled and held accountable, even if they are my followers and if I personally, and let’s look from now to cut off those who are implicated in normalization, and to fight atheism and moral corruption in society with strict laws, and with good advice.

And the statement continued, "Al-Sadr also said: Whoever accepts me by saying the truth, God is more entitled to the truth, and whoever responds to that, I will be patient and I will never again be part of Iraq's corruption and devastation, and join the consensus government that failed and will fail later."

Political analyst: The formation of the government will be purely consensual

{Political: Al Furat News} A political analyst said that the formation of the government would be purely consensual.

Ibrahim Al-Sarraj told {Euphrates News} that "the meeting of the coordination framework with the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada Al-Sadr, is a first step to resolve the crisis and go to political understandings," noting that "the common points agreed upon by the meeting are considered a post-election roadmap."
He added, "There may be many understandings and dialogues between the two parties to come up with a vision of forming a government and distributing ministerial portfolios through consensus and solving the prime minister's problem, given that his choice will be made by the coordination framework and the Sadrists together."
He added that "these understandings will spare Iraq a major political, security and economic crisis."
Al-Sarraj stressed, "The Prime Minister, as long as there is consensus between the political blocs, it will be consensual and will obtain satisfaction and approval of all under the supervision of the Seven Committee, which will choose the prime minister and ministerial portfolios."
The Shiite forces had met at the house of the head of the Al-Fateh Alliance Hadi Al-Amiri the day before yesterday, Wednesday, in the presence of Muqtada Al-Sadr, and he came out with several decisions, including "agreeing to continue dialogues and discussions, leading to the development of realistic solutions to the blockage in the political scene."

Iraq.. What does Al-Sadr's victory in the elections mean for Al-Kazemi

December 04, 2021
Kazemi.jpg
Analysts believe that the victory of the Sadrist movement, led by Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr, in the legislative elections in Iraq, has boosted the chances of the current prime minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, in maintaining his position for another four years, during which we may witness a greater decline in Iranian influence in the country.
The Sadrist bloc topped the results of the elections that took place on the tenth of last October, obtaining 73 seats out of the 329 total seats in the House of Representatives.
The "Al-Fateh Alliance", the main representative of the popular crowd factions in Parliament, after its objection to the preliminary results, claiming fraud, won 17 seats after it held 48 seats in the outgoing parliament.
The political blocs representing the Popular Mobilization Forces, an alliance of Shiite factions loyal to Iran and affiliated with the armed forces, reject the initial results that showed a decline in the number of its seats.
Al-Sadr tirelessly repeats that his current will choose the prime minister, and calls for the formation of a “majority” government represented by the parties that received the highest number of votes, which is rejected by the forces loyal to Tehran and insists on forming a “consensual government” and that the next prime minister be “consensual, and the ministers according to merit. Electoral.
According to an analysis published by the American Heritage Foundation, Al-Sadr's call to form a "political majority" government in Parliament makes him an important "player" that would contribute to Al-Kazemi, "a friend of the United States", maintaining his position as prime minister.
The analysis, written by Nicole Robinson, a researcher at the Institute's Allison Center for Foreign Policy, says that al-Sadr is well known to American decision makers, especially as he led militias against American forces in the early days of the Iraq war.
However, Allison believes that "Al-Sadr has since become more aligned with American goals in Iraq, and is likely to act as a kingmaker by taking advantage of his electoral majority to nominate Al-Kazemi."
"Al-Kazemi's fortunes"
Allison summarizes the US goals in Iraq with only two points, namely, countering Iranian influence and "fighting extremist Islamists", in reference to ISIS.
And the Iraqi political analyst, Ghaleb Al-Daami, believes that "Al-Kazemi's fortunes are still the strongest, but the negotiations or the results of the agreements between the political forces remain the ones who decide this."
Al-Dami told Al-Hurra that "the coordinating framework forces do not want a candidate to head the government from within the Sadrist circle, and therefore this may force them to accept any other candidate supported by al-Sadr."
Al-Daami indicates that "the influential parties within the coordination framework reject Al-Kazemi's candidacy, but everyone knows that they are influenced by external forces that can ask them to remain silent about Al-Kazemi's candidacy," referring to the association of these forces with Iran.
The professor of international relations, Haitham Al-Hiti, agrees that "Al-Kazemi's chances are very great," but he does not rule out the occurrence of "last-minute surprises."
Al-Hiti told Al-Hurra that "Al-Kazemi will be the biggest opportunity for al-Sadr to silence the factions' objections to the nomination of anyone from within the movement."
Al-Hiti adds to the "Al-Hurra" website that "Al-Kazemi dealt pragmatically with the assassination attempt that targeted him, and did not announce the party that carried it out," noting that this would certainly help mitigate objections to his candidacy.
Al-Hiti believes that "the faction's acceptance of Al-Kazemi will be better for them than accepting a Sadrist person, who may be harsher than Al-Kazemi in dealing with them."
In a country where Tehran and Washington are vying for influence, regional and international interventions could have the "final say" in choosing the next prime minister.
Last June, Reuters quoted Western diplomats as saying in private, informal interviews that they would rather deal with a government dominated by al-Sadr than with a government dominated by his Iranian-backed Shiite opponents.
Doug Suleiman, the former US ambassador to Iraq and head of the Arab Gulf States Institute in Washington, told the agency, "We found that Al-Sadr is one of the main brakes on Iranian expansion and the sectarian Shiite political influence in Iraq after the 2018 elections."
'The perfect alternative'
Al-Hiti points out that "the West, the United States, the Gulf and most other Arab countries all prefer Al-Kadhimi... Iran also sees it as an appropriate option because it has not taken any actual action to weaken their role on the ground so far."
Al-Hiti continues, "Al-Kazemi will not be the ideal alternative for change in Iraq. He has succeeded in the media in portraying himself as an alternative and an effective solution to confronting Iranian influence, but he is not."
He shows that Al-Kazemi is "a good person with good intentions and good behavior, but he is not a leader and can take decisive decisions."
On the other hand, Al-Daami believes that "it is not easy to find a personality with Al-Kazemi's specifications in light of the current data and indicators that say that he enjoys unparalleled local, Arab and Western acceptance, and no Iranian rejection, and Turkish support system" rel="">support as well."
A series of events witnessed in Iraq during Al-Kazemi's rule, which began in May 2020, showed the immunity of armed groups, mainly allied with Iran, from accountability and punishment, according to Reuters.
After the United States in the 2003 war toppled Saddam Hussein's regime, Shiite parties allied with Iran took control of state institutions and their successive governments.
And in late 2019, huge groups of Iraqis participated in massive protests calling for the removal of this ruling class. Hundreds of protesters were killed when security forces and gunmen opened fire on the demonstrators. The government at that time was forced to resign.
Since then, interim Prime Minister Al-Kadhimi has promised to hold those responsible for killing protesters accountable and to reform election laws, which would weaken the grip of armed groups.
However, after nearly two years, the trials for the killing of demonstrators did not achieve the desired results. The old elite also appears to be consolidating its power, while activists complain that political freedoms are further eroded.
The United Nations says that at least 32 anti-regime activists have died in targeted killings by unidentified armed groups since October 2019. Iraqi officials blame groups allied with Iran behind the scenes, although these groups deny any role.
On the other hand, Reuters says that Al-Kazemi has sought to balance Iraq's relations with both Tehran and Washington, although he is widely seen as having friendly relations with the United States.
She adds that Al-Kazemi's first trip abroad was to Iran, but he visited the White House twice and visited both Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, where his balanced moves reflect efforts to improve Iraqi relations with the Gulf states that compete with Iran for influence across the Middle East.
Al-Kazemi also sought to calm the tension between Saudi Arabia and Iran. In August, he hosted a meeting in Baghdad that included officials from both sides.

Shiite forces hold a new meeting in Najaf

{Political: Al Furat News} A member of the State of Law Coalition revealed that a new meeting will be held for the Shiite forces represented by the coordinating framework in Najaf Governorate.

Wael Al-Rikabi told {Euphrates News}: "There is an upcoming visit to representatives from the coordination framework of Najaf and a meeting with Muqtada Al-Sadr."
And he indicated that "the meeting will discuss the completion of the formation of the committees that were put forward in the first meeting and agreed upon."
Al-Rikabi pointed out that the visit was "part of the response of the visit to Mr. Al-Sadr, and it will be attended by representatives of the coordination framework, not all leaders."
The leaders of the Shiite forces met last Wednesday at the house of the head of the Al-Fateh Alliance Hadi Al-Amiri and agreed "to continue dialogues and discussions, leading to the development of realistic solutions to the blockage in the political scene."
Meanwhile, the framework forces affirmed that they will continue their legal and public steps with regard to following up on the issue of the election results.

Sadrist leader: The majority government needs sacrifice.. and the next prime minister is a 'indecent Iraqi'

Baghdad - people

The leader of the Sadrist movement, Sadiq al-Hasnawi, said, on Saturday, that the government of the majority needs a sacrifice, while noting that the next prime minister will be a "rude" Iraqi.

Al-Hasnawi explained in an interview with his colleague Hisham Ali, followed by "Nass" (December 4, 2021), that "the Sadrist movement is not concerned, and the position of the brothers on the election results does not affect the nature of the dialogue between them and the movement."

He added, "The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, put forward two options, either he would form a national majority, or they would form a government and he would go to the opposition, and he would not cause a crisis or obstruct the formation of the government."

And about the outcomes of the last meeting between al-Sadr and the leaders of the coordination framework between al-Hasnawi: “The outcomes of the meeting gave rise to optimism, and committees for understanding were formed, and the meeting brittled many mouths, and put points on letters, especially after the escalation of talk about Shiite and other fighting.”

He pointed out that “there is a crisis of trust between the citizen and the state, and a lack of confidence in the existing political system, and the citizen does not trust the law because of the great injustice that is inflicted on the citizens, and the Iraqi citizen is neither Kurdish, nor Shiite, nor Sunni, that this state is his state, and therefore you see armed manifestations and resort to tribe, sect and sect, We need to restore national identity, reform the political system and the constitution."

He pointed out that "in a saying I read in one of the books, the Iraqi regime in the days of the monarchy was greater than the citizen's need, but today it is smaller than the citizen's need and capabilities," noting that "the next prime minister will be a rude Iraqi."

He explained, "Any crisis is interpreted as a political closure, and this is evidence of a decline in political maturity."

He concluded, "The idea of forming a national majority government will remain a valid thesis, and if the conditions for its success are present, it can succeed, and it certainly requires sacrifice, and Mr. Al-Sadr, with his insistence on forming a majority government, wants to move the stagnant out of the political situation, as he wants to come up with what is new and what breaks monotony and consensus." .

Shafaq News/ An early political source said on Sunday that the leaders of the coordination framework that includes Shiite forces opposed to the election results are scheduled to meet with the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, to complete the dialogues on forming the next federal government.

The source told Shafaq News Agency, "The leaders of the coordination framework will visit Al-Sadr at his residence in Al-Hanana area in the city of Najaf, next Tuesday, with the aim of completing dialogues and discussions on the file of the early parliamentary elections."

The source added that the meeting will also discuss the mechanism for selecting the new prime minister and the form of the next government.

The comprehensive coordination framework of the Shiite forces had held the first meeting (on the second Thursday of December) with the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, to discuss post-election options and ways to bring together the Shiite house, before forming the next government.

Al-Sadr had announced after the meeting his adherence to the option of forming a political majority government, which is rejected by the Shiite political forces opposed to him.

The Electoral Commission announced the final polling results on Tuesday, November 30, as the Sadrist bloc topped the results with 73 seats, while the "Progress" coalition led by Muhammad al-Halbousi won 37 seats, and the State of Law coalition led by Nuri al-Maliki won 33 seats.

The Kurdistan Democratic Party won 31 seats, while the Al-Fateh Alliance led by the Secretary-General of Badr Organization Hadi al-Amiri and the Kurdistan Alliance won 17 seats.

The coordination framework of the Shiite forces, which includes the Al-Fateh Alliance under its umbrella, had announced its rejection of the announced results, because of what he said that the commission did not deal seriously with the appeals submitted, stressing its adherence to the lawsuit submitted before the Federal Court to cancel the elections.

Shafaq News/ An informed source revealed details of what happened on Friday evening at the meeting of the "Coordination Framework" forces at the home of the President of the Supreme Council Hammam Hammoudi in Baghdad.

The source told Shafak News Agency, requesting anonymity, that "the meeting agreed to form delegations to visit the various national forces to express their position."

He added that the participants in the meeting also agreed on joint management for the next stage, noting that the framework's position on the election results was emphasized and awaiting the court's pleading on his submitted appeals.

The coordination framework includes the majority of Shiite forces and factions that reject the results of the recent parliamentary elections after losing many of their seats compared to the 2018 elections.

These forces are also seeking to form a consensual government to ensure its presence in the next line-up in order to maintain its influence, but the Sadrist movement, which issued the results with 73 seats, rejects this and is working to form a majority government in alliance with the winning forces of Sunnis and Kurds.

Baghdad: Muhannad Abdul-Wahhab and Shaima Rashid

Observers and political analysts expressed their optimism about the outcomes of the meeting that brought together the leader of the "Sadr movement" Muqtada al-Sadr and the leaders of the "Coordination Framework", suggesting that the compass of the next government will move towards a "national consensual majority" away from the quotas that imposed itself in previous governments. Although the detailed results of the meeting have not yet been announced, the statements issued by the two parties sent a message of reassurance to the Iraqi street that the interlocutors agreed on the national constants and that civil peace was a "red line" that political differences would not cross.
Political analyst Jassem Hashem Mohsen said in an interview with "Al-Sabah": "The presence of Mr. Muqtada al-Sadr in Baghdad and sitting for the dialogue indicates the beginning of the thaw between the political blocs, and that the dialogue is a positive step towards stability and the consolidation of the principles of national priorities."
He added that "the requirements presented by Mr. Al-Sadr focused on fighting corruption, forming a national majority government, and making broad lines for the next stage. Mr. Al-Sadr stressed that the parties agreeing to these requirements will be within the next government, and those who do not agree will have friendly relations with him and go to the opposition."
And he stated that "the most important priority of the dialogue is that civil peace is a red line, regardless of the differences between the political blocs, and this result the people aspire to, but what the political blocs want is another matter," noting that "the form of the next government will be a consensual majority, And it will be joint and better than previous years, because (the Sadrist bloc) insists on that.
While the political analyst, Bechara Al-Khoury, told "Al-Sabah" that "Sadr's meeting with the coordinating framework is a meeting for understanding on national issues and constants, and an emphasis on joint work within the national crucible more than other political matters."
And he indicated that "the issues that were raised during the meeting are the preservation and development of the popular mobilization and the rejection of normalization, which the meeting stressed the need to criminalize it according to the Iraqi Penal Code, and the other issue is the exit of foreign forces from Iraq on their scheduled date at the end of this month."
Muqtada al-Sadr's meeting with the leaders of the "Coordination Framework", which took place yesterday, Thursday, at the home of the leader of the "Al-Fateh" coalition, Hadi al-Amiri, and lasted for more than 90 minutes, sent messages of reassurance to the Iraqis, and political analyst Jassem al-Ghurabi said in an interview with "Al-Sabah": "The current crisis It will end with a purely political decision, because until now the religious authority is waiting for the political parties to agree on solutions, and when the authority sees that there is a great danger threatening the country and the political process, it will intervene at the appropriate time.
In addition, political analyst Shaker Kuttab stated in an interview with “Al-Sabah” that “there is fear of a dry political atmosphere and suspicion among all parties, and we believe that concern is legitimate in our situation because we fear for the country and the people in light of the atmosphere of polarization, and we are waiting for a wise intervention that may be useful. For everyone until conditions calm down and the situation is resolved in a way that serves the survival of the state as a state with prestige and respect.”
The "Coordination Framework" issued an official statement, in which he explained the outcomes of his meeting with Mr. Al-Sadr, in which he emphasized "preserving the prestige of the Popular Mobilization and addressing moral deviations in Iraq."
The meeting discussed - according to the framework statement: - a number of main issues, including:
1- Take the necessary practical steps to fight corruption, hold the corrupt accountable, and stop the deliberate waste of public money.
2 Emphasis on the exit of foreign forces according to the announced timetable and the development of mechanisms to ensure that weapons are confined to the hands of the state.
3- Protecting, supporting and organizing the Popular Mobilization in a way that enhances its role in maintaining security in Iraq.
4 Criminalization of normalization and everything related to it.
5- Joint work to preserve the constants of the Iraqi people in confronting moral and social deviations in accordance with legal frameworks.
6- Working to raise the economic level of the deprived areas and remove political competition from all service projects and remove the disadvantaged from these areas.

A leader in law: The coordinating framework will form its committees with the Sadrists within 3 days... and this is its mission

{Politics: Al-Furat News} The leader of the State of Law coalition, Bahaa Al-Din Al-Nouri, revealed the formation of the coordination committees between the coordination framework and the Sadrist bloc within the next 3 days.

Al-Nouri said; For the program (Dialogue of the State) broadcast by Al-Furat satellite channel tonight, "The meeting of the Shiite forces was important to silence many dissonant voices that were betting on sedition, and the coordinating framework preserves the public interest."
He added, "After this meeting, a new meeting was not announced by both parties, and what was presented in the media about the meeting of the framework and the Sadrists on Tuesday is incorrect."
Al-Nouri indicated that "there are meetings, committees and future agreements between the framework and the Sadrists," expecting that "committees will form during the next three days to discuss understandings with all the political blocs and form the next government."
He continued, "The rule of law proposed in advance the government of the majority and it did not succeed because of the nature of the formation of the political process that was built on the basis of quotas, and the situation of Iraq after the elections and the results and suspicions of fraud and obstruction caused by those who called for a consensual government."
And Al-Nouri said, "The political process in Iraq hinders the creation of the opposition, and everyone is surprised by the results of the current elections and the demonstrations that are taking place now, and the lack of confidence pushes us to go towards the consensual government to proceed with the political process."
He went on to say, "The coordinating framework can proceed with the political majority with the number of seats, but it wants a consensual government in Parliament and professional ministers and is in agreement with all the proposals of reconstruction, normalization, the expulsion of US forces and the fight against corruption; but limiting weapons must be with controls after the withdrawal of US forces."
Al-Nouri explained, "Our hope for the justice of the Iraqi judiciary is great in resolving the appeals, and the framework is one of its priorities, to maintain civil peace, and the demonstrations are not for the sake of seats, but there are rights, evidence and documents that were not taken, and now the Federal Court has postponed the session to 13 days to consider the appeals."
He stressed that "the seats in the coordination framework exceeded 90 deputies, and the government will tend to agree with the Kurds and Sunnis, and the government of the national majority will not last for more than a year," declaring that "more than 16 independents will join the framework, and an alliance will not be announced until after the Federal Court ratifies the election results."

Allawi warns of the repercussions of the majority government on Iraq and attacks "Blackshart"

{Politics: Al Furat News} The head of the National Coalition, Iyad Allawi, warned of the repercussions of the national majority government, describing it as "disastrous in Iraq."

Allawi said; The program (Dialogue of the State), broadcast by Al-Furat satellite channel tonight, said: "The situation is in crisis for internal and regional reasons, and there will be a settling of rivalries and accounts later, all of which will cast a shadow over the Iraqi situation, so the elections were supposed to be clear and fair."
He added, "45% of their statements happened, not the percentage of participation in the elections, and the objective circumstances surrounding the elections, including biometric devices, did not record voter fingerprints, a great deal of reluctance to vote and mistakes in the electoral process, and 8 million Iraqis were prevented from voting."
Allawi pointed out that "two solutions are either to agree to the majority government, which is a crime against Iraq, because there is no understanding of the opposition or the option of national consensus, which means agreeing on the government's project and its action plan. cybernetic".
He promised to disable the devices after taking fingerprints, "a fraud and the solution to the political crisis comes through calm and meaningful dialogue, and the solution is either accepting political people or rejecting what the winner of a national majority government predicts a catastrophe in Iraq and the Supreme Policies Council may be a model for getting out of the crisis
and the head of the coalition of national state forces, Mr. Al-Hakim will remain a political leader from a family that made many sacrifices, and he must have political weight and weight, and he warned us in advance of the Shiite-Shiite conflict.
Allawi added, "Consociationalism is the most beneficial for Iraq if it is not under the tutelage of quotas, and the best is to come if a national project is not proposed. There is a kind of manipulation of the election results and they were not fair, and the middle and lower rule manipulated the devices and the voting system did not read my vote on election day."
He pointed out, "The Electoral Commission's request to examine the devices through two independent companies, and the keys to the biometric devices are unknown where they are," adding, "State-building is not by eradicating forces, but by containing everyone, external interference and political money is part of the election problem, and there are differences in the political, social, civilized and cultural situation in Iraq."
Regarding the UN representative, Jeanine Plasschaert, Allawi said, "She is not serious about dealing with Iraq's problems, including the displaced, immigrants, demonstrators and assassination victims, and she was supposed to inform the Security Council of what is happening in Iraq and Iraq is still suspended between the sixth and seventh items.
Plaschaert has an ambition to become a minister in the Netherlands. It was supposed to play a more serious role in the country and to take the elections seriously and with integrity is a big fallacy."
He continued, "The Basra bombings fall within the framework of political dispute and terrorism, and many cases of assassination have not been revealed until now, and they are considered among the government's neglect of a large part of the Iraqi people," noting, "It is not possible for one party to form a government alone, and the government charter must be signed and clear among all political forces." And with a higher committee that monitors the implementation of this charter, and with the powers to punish those who do not implement it.”
Allawi stressed "the necessity of replacing the commission and the electoral law and holding a national dialogue conference to get out of the crisis, and what is wrong with re-conducting the elections to check their results.
And regarding the renewal of the mandate for the three presidencies between Allawi, "not with Al-Kazemi and Al-Halbousi remaining in their positions, and despite my desire to continue Barham Salih, but I do not expect him to remain in the presidency, and I think resolve and progress to nominate a new parliament speaker, who is qualified for that Khaled Al-Obeidi.
I think Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani is the best." To take over the position of prime minister, but it is more likely that the next prime minister will come from abroad.”
Allawi concluded his dialogue by saying, "To achieve the prosperity of the Iraqi people, the provincial councils must be abolished, the law on the distribution of financial wealth in Iraq be legislated according to the need, the population census, the control of distribution, the formation of a federal council for the country's notables for financial control, and the legislation of the oil and gas law in order to advance the reality of the provinces, including Basra."

Al-Sadr insists on the national majority

Saturday 11 December 2021 142Al-Sadr insists on the national majority

 Baghdad: Muhannad Abd al-Wahhab

With close, the Federal Court decided the lawsuit submitted by the head of the Al-Fateh Alliance Hadi Al-Amiri demanding the annulment of the election results, the political blocs began to move to create alliances that pave the way for the formation of the government.
This move comes at a time, when the legal and constitutional timings, after the court's approval of the results, require the forces to expedite the selection of the three presidencies.
Political analyst Manaf al-Moussawi told Al-Sabah that the mechanism for ratifying the election results will be decisive in determining the shape and identity of the political scene and the identity of the next government, noting that the Sadrist movement is moving towards a national majority government, while the framework insists on staying or moving within the consensual governments.
He expected that there is no way but to call for a national majority government for a real change in the Iraqi political scene and to move away from consensual governments, expressing his hope that the "majority" will be able to solve the problems of the previous stage.
He continued, that the stability of the majority government depends on presenting a program that contains specific timings for its completion to be effective in the process of dismantling the crisis of confidence that has arisen between citizens and between blocs and between citizens and between legislative outlets.
For his part, political analyst Jassem Al-Ghurabi stated that "waiting for the election results will be decisive on the 13th of this month until the Federal Court decides on Al-Fateh's appeals, and before this date the political blocs are ready in their alliances and arranged their homes."
He explained to "Al-Sabah" that the alliance of resolve, when it wanted to unite with progress, could not, and when it formed a bloc with 37 seats, it reached competition with progress, while the Kurdish House also meets to be united in order to confront the Sadrist movement or the coordinating framework, explaining that the political scene is now working. To collect the papers for the purpose of securing the accounts after the 13th or announcing the results of the appeals, and all the blocs want to be close to the government and close to the largest bloc.
Al-Gharabi added that according to the visions present in the political scene, it allows the Sadrist movement to reach the number that enables him to nominate the prime minister, although he knows that this position will cost him a lot if it is not consensual.
He pointed out that if the Sadrist movement comes out with a prime minister, he will certainly present him to the coordination framework, and if these blocs do not agree on him, his position will be weak, so the position will be consensual, and then it will be presented to the rest of the political blocs, and in the event of approval, the government ship with its three presidencies will proceed with one basket.
He pointed out that the coordination framework and the Sadrist movement are awaiting talks during the next two days in Najaf and may reach satisfactory results. with a political majority.
