I think they need a little sanity class down there at CBI.    They can stop this, and revalue any time they want to.

Agreed...but how do they qualify who’s “ sane “ or nuttier than a squirrel turd ? From what I’ve seen sane folks over there are in really short supply. 
...and yes, they could stop this, why don’t they-what’s really behind the continuing “ insanity “ ?????

In my mind, their whole culture is insane, but in reality, it appears that only a few are living in reality and they can't get the rest to see the bigger picture.  Except, according to Frankie26, they have those big screens everywhere educating the Iraqi's.   So, I guess some are seeing the big picture on the screens!
