Al-Kazemi said in a tweet on Twitter: "We congratulate our people and our heroic security forces on the fourth anniversary of declaring victory over the terrorist gangs of ISIS, peace to the pure blood that liberated the land and united the Iraqis and achieved victory."
"We will not tolerate those who try to destabilize the security of our citizens and hijack their dignity, and we will continue the momentum of victory over this obscurantist organization and uprooting its roots," he added.

Al-Fayyad on the anniversary of victory: Reliance on foreigners does not help us get out of crises
  
{Political: Al-Furat News} The head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Faleh Al-Fayyad, said: "Reliance on the foreigner does not help us get out of crises."

In a speech on the fourth anniversary of the victory over ISIS, Al-Fayyad said: "Exiting crises can only be achieved through determination and cohesion among our people."
"The popular crowd was able to draw a model for true coexistence," he added.

Shafaq News/ The US Embassy in Iraq expressed the American commitment to a strategic partnership with Iraq. 

The Embassy said in a statement, “Today we commemorate the solemn anniversary of the territorial defeat of Da’esh four years ago, on December 10, which resulted in the liberation of more than 8 million Iraqis and Syrians who had previously lived under its control.  On this day, we remember the lives lost under Da’esh occupation and honor the sacrifices of all those who have struggled to free Iraq from its grip.”

“We congratulate the Iraqi Security Forces, including the Peshmerga, on the extraordinary progress made in the fight against ISIS remnants. As our Iraqi friends and partners look towards building a stable, prosperous, democratic, and unified Iraq, the United States remains deeply committed to our multifaceted strategic partnership.” The statement added.
