yota691
Al-Hakim calls on the government to "immediate intervention" to solve the crisis of high food prices 2021-11-14 06:33 Shafaq News/ The head of the Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, called on the Iraqi government, on Sunday, to "immediate intervention" to solve the crisis of high food prices, which cast a shadow over people with limited incomes in particular. Al-Hakim said in a brief statement received by Shafaq News Agency, "In light of the noticeable rise in food prices and consumer goods that directly affect the life of the citizen, the government is invited to address this matter that burdens citizens, especially those with limited income, through immediate intervention and price control." He added, "The rise in oil prices expands the government's options and gives it multiple radical solutions." Flour prices witnessed a sudden rise throughout Iraq, as the price of one bag exceeded 45 thousand Iraqi dinars after it was 28 thousand dinars, resulting in an increase in the prices of "bread and bread", which is the main food for the Iraqi citizen.

horsesoldier
In some government circles the narrative is we want to find out what the cause is ?? This s pathetic & absurd. Now people are calling on the government that created the “ crisis “ to take immediate action to solve the problem. Government Juggernauts are all alike aren’t they...ours is no different. The issues we face, a deliberate creation by the present administration. And of course their narrative is the entire system was broken by the last administration and you just can’t flip on a switch to fix it. This playbook is old. Not a big fan of any government, what I resent is the hateful cynicism we’re shown by the greater majority of government. We’re too stupid to understand anything & nothing more than a massive herd of Cash Cows to be exploited and bled white. I see this in so many governments all around the globe. 1 1
