Boy O Boy...going the wrong way.  It keeps floating up.  Not a lot, but very gradually.  Need it to stop!  These people are very frustrating!  Just when you think they are getting serious, they start playing games again.  I guess that is what I get for watching it everyday.   Oh well, I guess it isn't forever....I hope?

  I am still curious about the round number of the USD rate , as all other figures are not round numbers . Why would this be ? ,and bear in mind these are the numbers released by the CBI.

    I'm thinking ,very optimistically, that it has something to do with ease of use when exchange rate happens.
