They may be feeling good about the price of oil right now, but it won't be up there forever, and then what?   Change their exchange rate, and it will definitely maintain the value or could even increase!    This article seems somewhat bogus to me anyway.

The Price of oil has NOTHING to do with the Iraqi Currency RI/RV! Period! Luckily most of us have been around this investment so long we have seen oil go over $100.00 and stay there for months, then the bottom fall completely out, staying there for a couple of years! The problem is corruption! Period! JMHO!  🤠

Iraq citizens don't need RV because when this baby pops one day, the iraqi citizens can only exchange their old dinars for a new lower denoms with a higher purchasing power in the country of iraq. Only dinar holders can exchange dinar for dollars out of iraqi country when the rv comes one day.
