Amending paragraph (5/Second/A), by replacing the phrase: (the beneficiary entity), with the phrase: (the contracting entity). 3. Referring the implementation of schools to Chinese companies (Power China) and (Sinotes), based on the recommendation of the Central Committee for review and approval of the referral, and granting them an operating advance of no more than (10%) in return for a letter of guarantee from an approved bank. Third / agree to the following: 1.
