Remember, no one really  knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON 

 

 

*** Pimpy  What they're going to do is make sure that their economy is on solid ground before they make any real significant changes to the rate which is important. We want them to develop their private sector.  That looks good.

 

***  Frank26  You already saw it [the monetary reform information] in print and you're going to see it in print again and you'll see it again and again until they decide to show the new small category notes to the citizens and possibly at the same time show them the new exchange rate.
