With American troops leaving Iraq this becomes the final stretch and last stand in the Iraqi War. Will the Iraqi people hold onto their resources and work through the National Oil company to implement contracts returning wealth to the citizens? Or will the the western world take power and wealth in the form of oil, packaged neatly in International Corporate contracts within the Global Oil Industry and strip Iraq of its resources effectively loosing the war over oil in Iraq. Interesting to watch and see how this unfolds…where does the money lead???

Might explain why it was kept a secret especially when it’s inline with the vision and objectives of the economic and financial reform program
