6 Delicious Breakfast Menus, Effective in Maintaining Blood Sugar for People with Diabetes

When I was much younger flying fighter jets all over the world, we use to go to the "Stag Bar" (can't have that anymore) especially on Friday after work. Usually ended up being very competitive between squadrons playing pool, darts drinking and singing Fighter Pilot songs (not for the faint of heart). Usually be evenigs end someone would show up with dozens of raw eggs and the evening culminated with eating a whole raw egg shell and all and chasing it down with a shot of tequila. Ah, those were the days gone forever that's to PC and wokeness.😞

Raw egg as in undercooked. Say, an omlet. Or as in a dressing that contains raw egg.
