It expresses a major tool of fiscal policy and reflects the vision of The economic and social government is working to achieve its goals, and accordingly, the general description of the state’s general budget is a financial plan on the basis of which decisions are taken regarding the state’s public expenditures and revenues for a later period, that is, it represents a financial program that includes financial policies And the goals that the government seeks to achieve, and that what happened in the 2021 budget is a fundamental turning point in the economic perspective and is completely different from what was prepared from previous budgets, as the government made exceptional efforts in complex and thorny circumstances in order to establish economic beginnings that it believes to be the only outlet for Iraq’s exit from The tunnel that was introduced through previous traditional budgets as a result of poor financial planning, rationalization of consumption and control of expenditures, in addition to dependence on oil as a main resource with the absence of maximizing other state revenues such as agriculture and industry. I love to read about the doom and gloom... blah blah blah...! This country is one of the richest in the world!!! Those towel heads that are running it into the ground by theft know it. All the countries that surround it know it and suppress it. All other countries around the world want a part of it... hmmm... Al Kademi (sp)is for the people... unlike potato head (where is he btw?) And all his cohorts. I think Iraq is about to experience something so life changing (especially for them) that they are going to shine and prosper like no other! I just don't know how they can be so brained washed by Iran. I saw a special where one Minister said that Iran help them defeat ISIS after the withdrawl of the US forces (because Maliki wouldn't give the US soldiers immunity to Iraq Laws so we had to leave) and that is one reason they are tied to Iran. Hell, that was over ten years ago. Can't they see that every since they have been loyal to Iran they haven't gained anything? I think Iran was behind the last bombing because they have been awfully quite to denounce it. Iran wants to rule over Iraq and the two become one Country. (it's like they already are) They don't give a damn about the Iraqi people. What a waste. I just hope Al-khdemi is sincere and not on Iran's payroll too, if he is you can't forgot a RV because they will never convert to a market economy. They will continue to depend on the oil revenue and eventually go bankrupt. I just wish something would happen because I don't see an RV happening. the white paper is sitting on the shelf and the HCL is just a rumor. Maybe when everything fall apart then something will happen. In the meantime it is just the same ole news and broken promises!!
