Gunmen Ambush Ammo Caravan Headed to Texas, 7 Million Rounds Destined for America Now in Hands of Violent Criminals

A convoy loaded down with more than seven million rounds of ammunition has been hijacked while on route from Mexico to Texas.

While the trucks were found abandoned only a few miles from the ambush site on the southern side of the border, every piece of ammo is now missing.

Officials do not know who was behind the ambush on Wednesday, but in a country awash with cartel violence the list of suspects is seemingly limited to those involved with the narco networks.

According to Milenio, the hijacking took place in the violent state of Guanajuato.

As the convoy rolled through the town of Cabana del Rey early Wednesday morning, remote operators noticed the GPS signals of the transport trucks and their security escorts went dark.

We need to outlaw criminals instead of guns. Maybe that will help. Doh.

If the perpetrators were illegals they will be set free, and if its anyone else due to covid restrictions they will be set free. Dont have enough money to keep people in jail cuz the money is in the polititions pockets.

Aguila ammo is made in Mexico. Remington set them up and maybe still owns some or all of them.

Aquila is made in Brazil.....I have 1 case of mini Shells so I will have to check.......Mexico is a hard core Anti Firearms County.  Hence one can't own a .45 ACP 1911 so they favor .38 Super or 9MM .

Unless they have moved recently, they were made ammo in Mexico. Have bought a bunch of it.
