I think in the past those fines we're levied but the pressure to right this ship, the worldwide attention, new regulations, media coverage by Apes like Charles Payne, and on and on. This won't be a slap on the wrist because the possibility of a revolt and retail investors removing their money from what would be an obviously crooked system with zero oversight that favors the 1 percent would completely crash the market.

It's too big a monster to hide in a corner and look the other way any more.

Some good advice, here:

Links; https://www.sec.gov/rules/final/2018/...

The SEC can actually suspend dark pool activity in any ATS for a period of up to 12 months, this will leave hedgies vulnerable and out of options.

I believe if they suspended it for even a day and told everyone they were going to do it, that would trigger mega buying by the Apes, FOMO, and the MOASS immediately.

@keylime Yes, that kind of momentum would be peachy, even if the hedgies have created their own illegal, private off-market pools for their billionaire clients to continue their reprehensible and daily theft from retail investors/market investors.

What we really need is the big hitters like Fidelity and Black Rock to corner the SEC into protecting the markets, or we might be safer investing with the thieving commies and that would be a very sad day, indeed.

Can you imagine how quickly those billionaires would become millionaires if all retail investors suddenly took their money out of the market because the SEC continued to allow this without the MOASS? They'd have nobody to trade back and forth with but themselves. Not to mention all their investments tanking. They can't make money that way. It would suck them dry. That's like shadow boxing.Or playing a game of horse by yourself.

They just added to a regulation today that takes effect Monday that could address the tracking issue. I'm on my phone and can't post the video that's on YouTube. But inch by little they are addressing the various issues to put a stop to the criminality. Hopefully they will enforce them as well. Ha!

This is a long video, but you can speed it up x2 and still follow it, but it really lays out what the hedgies are doing and how they have taken down companies and avoided accountability, or picked up 'speeding tickets' from the SEC for ripping off billions by creating money out of nothing or stealing it from investors

We are getting closer!

... Soon!
