I have a feeling this has all been worked out for quite some time and what We have been seeing is nothing more then Kabuki Theater to throw everyone into a tail spin and Bail.

Remember Al Kazemi was here and signed MOU's with a Number of US Companies last year, Then he went to Europe and signed 20 or so more....Then awarding Deawoo a multi Billion Dollar/Dinar Contract to Build the Grande Port of Faw.

These companies CEO's  (let alone the Bean Counters) had to know a Date and a Rate or they would not have signed up for anything at this Program Rate with a Worthless Piece of paper that wasn't Internationally Excepted.

No way are these companies working for Free until the End of 2021 or the Beginning of 2022 as by then Iraq will fall into a 3rd World Country with no hope of Bailing itself out.

They are scaring the people into bringing in the last few of the large 3 Zero Notes. They are putting out articles in an attempt to scare us the Investor into using them to start a fire or just toss them in the trash as they are worthless and forever will be.

I do believe we are Very Close, Short Timers on this long and Painful Ride.

Just my Opinion and it was with Every Penny you paid plus I used up a lot of Adam's Computer toner getting my Point out there....Noet I am not a Financial Expert and this was Intended for Entertainment only but if you believe it sounds Credible I could Start a Patreon Page where you could pay me........Okay that was a Jab at the Only Guru that has been 100% Factually and Spiritually Wrong for some 2 years and he is being paid now.

Al-Jabri announces the date for the approval of a very important law and the transfer of the oil and gas law to the next session

A member of the Parliamentary Oil and Energy Committee for the Alliance of Iraqis, Sattar Al-Jabri, announced, on Sunday, the date of the vote on the Iraqi National Oil Company law after its second reading by the House of Representatives.

Al-Jabri said {to Euphrates News} that "the Iraqi National Oil Company law that has been read {first and second} will be submitted for a vote after the approval of the federal budget law for 2021," describing it as "very important."

He added, "As for the OIL AND GAS LAW,

the committee sent a letter to the oil ministers, asking him to speed up sending it to the Council of Ministers for the purpose of voting on it, then transferring it to the House of Representatives for preparation, maturation and passing it after the first and second reading."

Al-Jabri also referred to "the importance of the law prepared since 2007 in regulating oil revenues and revenues, which represents approximately 90% of the budget, and that in order to achieve justice in the distribution of wealth, this law, which has been delayed for years, must be approved."

While he stressed, "the committee's keenness to complete this law and follow it up by the Ministry of Oil," noting that "the law has many disagreements and differences and needs a long time to complete it."

The Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, confirmed the existence of stalled laws that the parliament will proceed to legislate, such as the oil and gas law, which is one of the laws stipulated in the constitution, and which will address the mechanism of dealing between Baghdad and Erbil and between Baghdad and the rest of the oil-producing provinces, and the law will be one of the council's next priorities.

For its part, the Ministry of Oil stressed on the 25th of last February the importance of expediting the passage of the Federal Oil and Gas Law, noting that the law will work to regulate the management of oil and gas wealth in Iraq.

It is noteworthy that the Oil Ministry’s

SUDDEN ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE OIL AND GAS LAW

coincides with marathon negotiations between Baghdad and the Kurdistan region regarding the latter’s share in the 2021 budget

and the mechanism for managing his oil file.

Looks like we several months out for the Oil & Gas Law to be passed. They first working to pass the Iraqi National Oil law which has been read 1st & 2nd reading then go for vote. The Oil & Gas Law has to go to counsel of ministers for vote then they send to House of rep for review & fighting again over what included in this new bill, Once they get through arguing over this then need first reading then 2nd reading, We know how long these reading take weeks or months sometimes. Then they do the vote. So you have 2 laws here to worry about which some of the groups don't want see passed, don't look for quick turnaround for Oil & Gas. JMO

Deputy: High oil prices removed the reasons for changing the dollar’s exchange

image.jpeg.cfcbd3b8ebe0775fcf392f3af261fc23.jpeg

1st April, 2021

The deputy from Basra Governorate, Amer Al-Fayez, confirmed, Thursday, that the high oil prices and their recovery have removed the government's reasons for changing the exchange rate of the dollar against the Iraqi dinar.

Al-Fayez said in a television interview, "The government does not have a justification for the dollar’s exchange rate remaining high against the Iraqi dinar after the recovery of oil prices over the past few days," noting that "the high oil prices have removed all the reasons that the government relies on to change the dollar's exchange rate."

He added that "the purchasing power in the local markets has weakened as a result of the raising of the dollar," indicating that "the process of raising the dollar has greatly hurt those with limited income, and the government must deal with this matter quickly."

I have my fingers crossed and I’m praying , for the Good Lord Jesus to bring my harvest in. He knows I can’t I be the Steward, He wants me to be in my present financial situation! In closing I want to wish all DVer’s and their families a very Blessed and Happy Easter! Remember,  He is Risen, alive and well on the Throne, He is in complete control of the earth and all on it! Even as bleak as things look! May God continue to Bless each and everyone!  🤠 JMHO

Al-Qassab said {to the Euphrates News} that "Al-Kazemi was waiting for two positions {the passage of the budget and the dissolution of the House of Representatives for itself}, as well as the vote on amending the Federal Court law."
He added, "Al-Kazemi will take more bold steps after passing the budget and setting the date for the elections, and the ball has now moved from the court of Parliament to the government and we are waiting for the coming days and the decisions it will bear," calling him to "fulfill his pledge, hit the corrupt and kill the demonstrators."
The House of Representatives voted in its session yesterday, Wednesday, on the fiscal budget law for 2021 with a value of 129 trillion dinars, after difficult labor and months of discussions regarding it for the divergence of views and differences between the political blocs on the one hand and between Baghdad and Erbil on the other hand.
