That’s the Iranian New Year not Iraq. Nowruz is a regional holiday in Iraq. Not their New Year.

Are you saying Iraq doesn’t observe Nowruz as a holiday? I never said it was their New Year. Nowruz is a Persian (Iranian) holiday for 3000 years. Kurdistan also recognizes this day. 
My point is, that’s the reason there wasn’t any ISX or auctions...
