*** Jeff *** They're not going to approve the budget...until Saturday March 20th.  This is becoming so predictable.  They're gonna do the budget 24 hours before they change the rate.  It's that simple...

i think there is nothing wrong to give jeff a chance to prove that he may be right this time. ok i wait during one whole month of march to prove that he may be right this time. i trust him when he is right.

Also, isn’t March 20/21 when they hit that 90 day compliance mark..?

Here's to they will actually vote on the 20th. This gives it another week or two to be read three times then to get published in Gazette. Hopefully, they won't kick the can down the road at last minute & get 'er done.
