The information / Baghdad ..

On Friday, the head of the Kurdish Parliamentary Change Bloc, Yusuf Muhammad, described the National Dialogue initiative as a "break of the ice" between the political parties, while referring to the most prominent files that must be included in the initiative.
"The initiative called by the Prime Minister is very important, especially at this time in which Iraq suffers from economic and political crises, which coincided with the imminent holding of general elections," Muhammad said in a statement .
He added that it is important to have a serious, constructive and frank dialogue between the parties and partners in the political process and the various components, in addition to the representatives of the sit-in squares in order to crystallize specific participants regarding the crises and how to get out of them in Iraq .
He indicated that one of the most prominent issues that can be discussed in the dialogue is the regional and international relations of Iraq, reaching common understandings and points regarding the country’s distance from these conflicts, developing common ideas regarding how to hold early elections, preserving civil peace and integrity, and emphasizing the removal of weapons from it and from political conflicts.
The head of the Change Bloc added that it is necessary to establish some legal foundations based on the constitution in this dialogue to reach participants, especially in the relationship of the federal government with the region in matters such as oil and gas and the budget, in order to reach the legislation of the oil and gas law and an agreement to normalize the security and administrative conditions in the disputed areas.
Muhammad saw the National Dialogue initiative as a "breaking of the ice" existing between some political parties and representatives of components and finding solutions to some problems related to differences and conflicts, and creating the appropriate atmosphere for early elections.

Article 117 First
This Constitution, upon coming into force, shall recognize the region of Kurdistan, along with its existing authorities, as a federal region.
Second
This Constitution shall affirm new regions established in accordance with its provisions.

4 (expected) axes in the upcoming national dialogue

 Baghdad: Omar Abdul Latif

Politicians, representatives of sects and components welcomed the initiative called for by Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi to conduct a national dialogue, while confirming that the upcoming dialogue will address 4 main axes.
The head of the Sabean-Mandaean community, Sheikh Sattar Jabbar al-Hilu, pointed out the need for this initiative to "conditions, rules and regulations to remove the state of congestion in the country."
Al-Helou added to “Al-Sabah” that “dialogue is a fundamental principle for relations between the parties in order to bring about real reconciliation,” indicating “the presence of prisoners, displaced persons, demonstrations and sit-ins, and the minimum of them must be achieved as a good-intention gesture before the start of the dialogue so that its basis is correct.”
The head of the Sabean-Mandaean community warned that "the dialogue should include everyone, especially the politicians, to draw their attention to extricate Iraq and the Iraqis from the reality in which they are."
The head of the (Yazidi Movement for Reform and Progress) Haji Kandour Al-Sheikh affirmed that "this initiative aims to achieve the aspirations of the people and end political disputes, especially between the federal government and the region."
In an interview with Al-Sabah, the Sheikh affirmed that “holding criminal gangs trying to destabilize Iraq, as well as controlling weapons, imposing the law, the prestige of the state, and holding accountable those whose hands were stained with the blood of Iraqis, especially minorities, are the basis for the success of the call for national dialogue,” affirming that “the sheikhs The clans submit the names of those involved with (ISIS) to the courts to obtain their fair reward. ”
As for Sarkut Shams El-Din, a member of the House of Representatives for the Future bloc, he expected the National Dialogue to discuss 4 important files.
Shams al-Din told Al-Sabah: “The most prominent files to be discussed by the national dialogue, which will be under the auspices of the United Nations, are (elections, arms inventory, state building and foreign relations),” indicating that “the dialogue must be with the participation of experts, academics, opposition parties and civil society.” And he warned that “the dialogue is limited to the ruling political parties only.
