    {Policy: Al Furat News} The House of Representatives decided in its meeting held today, Wednesday, to convert the federal budget for 2021 from the dollar to the Iraqi dinar.
     

    A representative source said {for the Euphrates News} that "it was agreed to transfer the budget from the dollar to the Iraqi dinar, in order not to delay its approval and isolate it from the differences of the rise of the dollar."
    He pointed out that "a proposal was made to follow up on the issue of the dollar with the central bank and finance in other sessions without marketing the crisis to the budget after it was agreed to transfer the budget from the dollar to the dinar."

Al-Fateh fulfills its conditions and announces its agreement to pass the budget

, Al-Fateh Alliance announced, on Wednesday, its agreement to pass the draft general budget bill for the fiscal year 2021, after achieving seven conditions.
The deputy of the coalition, Ahmed Al-Asadi, said in a tweet on the "Twitter" platform, "The Al-Fateh Alliance agrees to pass the budget after putting in place solutions to support the poor and not tie Iraq to foreign debts."
Al-Asadi added, "The treatments that have been achieved are the deletion of 60% of foreign loans, and that projects to establish investment power stations are not implemented before being audited by the Federal Office of Financial Supervision for all stages of the assignment and for global companies to be sober, and an increase of 50 thousand dinars over the price of strategic crops ( Wheat, barley, dill).
He continued: "Also, an increase in the salary of those covered by social care is 75 thousand dinars per month, and an increase of 300 thousand for the number of people covered by social care, in addition to increasing the ration of the persons covered by care to be 12 shares annually in all its terms, in addition to supporting the people of the popular crowd."
Earlier today, Wednesday, the House of Representatives held its special session to vote on the draft federal budget bill for the fiscal year 2021, headed by the Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, and the presence of 215 deputies.

Shafaq News / The House of Representatives voted on Wednesday on the first article of the budget law, which includes adopting the price of a barrel of oil at $ 42 per barrel, as well as the exchange rate of the dollar, 1450 dinars per dollar.

The article stipulates the following revenues Article -1 - First - A - The federal budget revenues for the fiscal year / 2021 are estimated at (93159954484) one thousand dinars (ninety-three trillion one hundred and fifty-nine billion nine hundred and fifty-four million four hundred and eighty-four thousand dinars) as indicated In the table / a. Revenues shall be according to the setting) attached to this law.

B - Calculating the estimated revenues from exporting crude oil on the basis of an average price of (42) forty-two dollars per barrel and an export rate of (3,250,000) barrels per day (three million two hundred fifty thousand barrels per day) including (250,000) barrels per day (two hundred fifty thousand barrels Daily) for the quantities of crude oil produced in the Kurdistan region on the basis of an exchange rate of (1450) dinars per dollar, and all actually earned revenues are credited as final revenues to the account of the state treasury.

Article -1 - First - a - The revenues of the federal general budget for the fiscal year 2021 are estimated at (101320141984) one thousand dinars (one hundred and one trillion three hundred and twenty billion one hundred and forty-one million nine hundred and eighty-four thousand dinars) as shown in Table A. Revenues according to the preparation attached to this law.

B - Calculating the estimated revenues from exporting crude oil on the basis of the average price of (65,250) Majlis al-Nuwar (sixty-five thousand two hundred fifty dinars per barrel and an export rate of (3,250,000) barrels per day (three million two hundred fifty thousand barrels per day), including (250,000) barrels Daily (two hundred and fifty thousand barrels per day) for the quantities of crude oil

Shafaq News / A number of members of the Iraqi parliament withdrew, on Wednesday, after the vote to fix the exchange rate of the dollar at 1450 dinars.

The Iraqi parliament began today with a session to vote on the stalled budget bill, after holding a series of political understandings.

The deputies voted on the first article of the bill, which includes adopting the price of a barrel of oil at 42 dollars, as well as the exchange rate of the dollar 1450 dinars per dollar.

The Shafaq News Agency correspondent in the Iraqi parliament said that the vote on this article prompted a quarrel between a number of deputies and withdrawals that led to a break in the quorum of the voting session.

He said that the deputies of the State of Law coalition, the National Approach bloc, and others from the Al-Fateh and Al-Nasr bloc.

The protesting deputies demanded that the exchange rate be fixed at 130 dinars per dollar, and that all contracts and wages in the ministries of the state be covered by those with more than five years of service and fixed on permanent owners, similar to the contracts of the Ministry of Electricity.

The first article voted by Parliament stipulates what follows revenues Article -1 - First - a - The revenues of the federal budget for the fiscal year 2021 are estimated at (93159954484) one thousand dinars (ninety-three trillion one hundred and fifty-nine billion nine hundred and fifty-four million four hundred and four Eighty thousand dinars), as indicated in Table / A. Revenues shall be according to the setting) attached to this law.

B - Calculating the estimated revenues from exporting crude oil on the basis of an average price of (42) forty-two dollars per barrel and an export rate of (3,250,000) barrels per day (three million two hundred fifty thousand barrels per day) including (250,000) barrels per day (two hundred fifty thousand barrels Daily) for the quantities of crude oil produced in the Kurdistan Region on the basis of an exchange rate of (1450) dinars per dollar, and all actually realized revenues are recorded as final revenues for the account of the state treasury.

Shafaq News / The Iraqi parliament resumed its session, by voting on the draft budget bill, after the withdrawal of a number of members in protest to changing the price of a barrel of oil to the Iraqi dinar and thus removing the dollar exchange rate clause from the project, thus fixing it at the government proposal at 1450 dinars per dollar.

Parliament voted upon the resumption of the session on the second, third and fourth articles of the bill.

The House of Representatives voted today, Wednesday, on articles from three to ten of the draft federal budget law for the Republic of Iraq for the year 2021.
The Media Department of Parliament stated, in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of, that "the House of Representatives voted On the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth articles of the Federal Budget Law of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2021. "
Earlier today, the House of Representatives voted on the first and second articles of the Federal Budget Law for the Republic of Iraq for the year 2021.
Earlier today, Wednesday, the House of Representatives held its session to vote on the draft Federal Budget Law for the fiscal year 2021, chaired by the Speaker of Parliament Muhammad Al-Halbousi, in the presence of 215 deputies. Ended 6/29 n
