Parliament re-vote to amend Article 21 of the budget
  
{Local: Al Furat News} The House of Representatives re-voted to amend Article 21 of the Federal Budget Law of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2021.
 

A representative source said, "The amendment of Article 21 will allow a combination of two or more salaries."
The Martyrs Foundation had threatened to appeal in the Federal Court after Parliament removed the article during its vote on the budget today and said that the President of the Foundation, Abd al-Ilah al-Naeli, “called upon the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Hassan al-Kaabi, to re-vote on Article 21 and to warn the Shiite deputies that the rights of the martyrs and the victims are in danger The wind if I pass this article. "
Al-Naeli also expressed his "surprise that Article 21 of the budget was not deleted during the voting session, and that he voted on the basis of the article that breaks down four laws in force, namely, the Martyrs Foundation Law No. 2 of 2016, the Amending Prisoners Institution Law No. 4 of 2006 and the Terror Victims Law No. 20 of 2009." Parliament votes to add a new article instead of Article 41 of the budget
  
{Local: Al Furat News} The House of Representatives voted to add a new article instead of Article 41 of the Federal Budget Law of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2021.
 

A representative source stated (to Euphrates News) that the text of the amendment is: “The ministries of finance and agriculture and the governorates and the relevant authorities are committed to transferring the ownership of the lands donated by people to educational and health institutions on agricultural lands for the purpose of establishing schools and health institutions.

Parliament votes on the 2021 budget bill in full
  
{Economic: Al Furat News} The House of Representatives voted on the draft federal budget bill for 2021 in full, to end a debate that lasted for months.
 

Parliament added 12 new articles to the law, while removing four of it, namely (38 - 42 - 43 - 47). "

The size of the budget reached 129.9 trillion dinars (about 89 billion dollars).
Parliament has passed one of the most prominent budget articles, which are the dues of the Kurdistan region, in Article 11 of the law.

Mr. Al-Sadr tweets about approving the budget: He was excused from being warned

Muqtada al-Sadr said in a tweet on {Twitter}: "After approving the budget inside the dome of the House of Representatives, we hope that it will be far from the reach of the corrupt, and that there will be seriousness in implementing its provisions, especially the lagging service projects and others.

The House of Representatives voted in its continuous session until late Wednesday night, on the Federal Budget Law of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2021 in general.

Member of Parliamentary Finance: The budget came in favor of the region ... and reveals its share
  
{Economical: Al Furat News} A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee said about the increase in the Kurdistan region's share of the federal budget for 2021.
 

Cougar said in a press statement that "the region's share increased from 12.67% to 13.9%," noting that "the share of the Kurdistan region was previously set at 12.67% of the general budget of Iraq."
Cougar described the vote on the draft budget law as "in the interest of the Kurdistan region," adding that "with the income that the region has and the money that is sent to it by Baghdad, there should be no reduction and delay in salaries."
It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives voted on the Federal Budget Law for the Republic of Iraq for the year 2021 in general.
The House of Representatives also voted on the compelling reasons for the budget law, and for the parliament to be dissolved on October 7, 2021, with elections to take place on October 10, 2021.

The House of Representatives voted last night, Wednesday, on the draft federal budget bill for the year 2021, and on dissolving the parliament on October 7.
The Media Department of the House of Representatives stated, in a statement, that the House voted on the draft law as a whole and raised its session to 4/10/2021.
In the first reaction to approving the budget, President Barham Salih said in a tweet on “Twitter”: We congratulate the vote on the budget, and we salute the hard work between the government and parliament, and we hope that it meets the aspirations of our people for better living conditions. Saleh added, "We now have the entitlement to implementation in a manner that guarantees the interests of citizens and the reconstruction of the homeland, and to take maximum measures to support low-income classes, provide job opportunities for our youth and combat corruption." In turn, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Sayyid Muqtada al-Sadr, expressed his wishes that this budget would be far from the reach of the corrupt, and that there would be seriousness in implementing its provisions, especially the delayed service projects and others.
While the head of the coalition of Iraqis, Mr. Ammar al-Hakim, valued the vote on the budget after a long wait and difficult labor, blessing the Iraqi people for this important achievement.
