but during ramadan, they work even slower and they cut the working hour because  they get very tired, thirsty, and hungry when they work. they are allowed to eat and drink when the sun comes down and they aren't allowed to eat and drink when the sun comes up during one whole month. after that, they have a long holiday to celebrate the victory after finishing the ramadan without making all kinds of sins / bad behaviors ( not even one ) during ramadan because they want to become a holy person during ramadan. hopefully, they will rv their currency during ramadan.

Member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee, Ammar Al-Shibli, confirmed, on Saturday, that the draft law of the Federal Court has reached its final stages and only two paragraphs remain, indicating that Sharia jurists will not vote on judicial laws and vote only for laws related to Islamic law.
Al-Shibli said in a statement to "the information", that "the Parliamentary Legal Committee has reached the final stages of completing the Federal Court bill, and only two paragraphs remain."
He added that “the first paragraph relates to age, where a quasi-agreement has been reached regarding it, whereby a specific age will be set for a member of the court that qualifies him for mental and intellectual competence,” indicating that “the second paragraph relates to Sharia jurists, as the committee concluded that Sharia jurists will not vote on judicial laws. And their vote only by laws that pertain to Islamic law. ”
Al-Shibli suggested that "the law is presented to vote in the first sessions during the next legislative term, after the end of the vote on the budget law, which the parliament will enjoy a legislative recess immediately after the vote." Ended / 25 AD

The correspondent of Al-Maalouma Agency said that the House of Representatives voted on the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to a protocol on preparedness, response and cooperation in the field of causing pollution with dangerous and harmful substances for the year 2000.

The Council voted on a bill to join the Republic of Iraq to the 2007 Nairobi International Convention for the Removal of Debris.

He also voted on the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the 1996 Protocol to the Convention for the Prevention of Marine Pollution Resulting from Waste and Other Materials of 1972 and the draft law amending the Public Health Law No. 89 of 1981.

On Saturday, the House of Representatives voted on the third amendment to the Accountants and Auditors Syndicate Law. Ended / 25 h

Shafaq News / On Saturday, a representative source suggested that the federal budget law for 2021 will be included in the schedule of next Thursday's session, indicating that the contentious paragraphs of the Federal Court Law will soon be resolved.

The source informed Shafaq News Agency; It is possible that the budget law will be included in the agenda of next Thursday's session.

The source added that the hope for including the budget on the agenda began to expand, after the vote on the contentious paragraphs in the Federal Court Law, indicating that 4 controversial paragraphs out of 6 points regarding the court's law were resolved (until this news is edited).

Earlier today, Saturday, the Presidency of the Iraqi Council of Representatives held a meeting to discuss the deferred articles of the Federal Court Law.

A parliamentary source informed the Shafaq News Agency; That the Presidency of the Council held a meeting with the heads of the blocks and the Legal Committee to complete the discussion of the remaining 6 articles of the draft law of the Federal Supreme Court.

Source added; That 6 articles of the law were not voted on during last Thursday's session.

He continued that the Presidency of Parliament is trying to reach with the political blocs to formulate an agreement on the articles of the law in order to complete the vote in the session next Monday.

Last Thursday, the Iraqi Council of Representatives postponed 6 articles of the Federal Court Law due to differences over them, while the rest of the articles of the law were passed.

Parliamentary sources told Shafaq News Agency; The political blocs agreed to pass the Federal Budget Law in exchange for voting on the Federal Court law.

Kurdistan Idris Shaaban, a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, led by Masoud Barzani, confirmed today, Saturday (March 6, 2021) that the Kurds are with the approval of the Federal Court law, indicating that many laws are dependent on the approval of this law. Shaaban said in an interview with (Baghdad Today), "The absence of the Federal Court is a constitutional and legal vacuum, and elections cannot be held without it, and there has been an overlap between the different authorities. The absence of the court has also been exploited in several legal grievances that the Kurdistan region has faced." He added that "there must be two Kurdish members inside the court," indicating that "the court must not interfere with its decision and be not subject to the mixing of political blocs." The House of Representatives announced, on Saturday (March 6, 2021), that its presidency held a meeting with the heads of the blocs and the Legal Committee to complete the vote on the draft Federal Court bill. The Media Department of Parliament said, in a statement received (Baghdad today), that "the Presidency of the House of Representatives held a meeting with the heads of the blocks and the Legal Committee to complete the discussion of the remaining 6 articles of the draft Federal Supreme Court bill." She added, "The 6 articles were postponed during last Thursday's session, and it was postponed to today's session." The House of Representatives had voted in its session last Thursday on 18 articles of the Federal Court Law, while 6 articles of the law were postponed to today's session.
