In a statement during the anniversary of the attack that killed 17 people on February 14, 2018, the Democratic President said, "This administration will not wait for the next mass shooting" to move. He added, "I call on Congress today to enact sound reforms in the matter of arms," and to impose a review of records of buyers "in all sales," and to ban automatic weapons and chargers of high capacity ammunition. Joe Biden considered that we must "put an end to the immunity of weapons manufacturers who knowingly place weapons of war on our streets." Nicholas Cruz, 19, opened fire at the Margory Stoneman Douglas High School in southeast Florida on Valentine's Day 2018, killing 14 students and three supervisors before he was arrested. Cruz had been expelled from the institute a year earlier for "disciplinary reasons," and had been able to legally purchase a semi-automatic machine gun, despite his record of psychological problems. Despite the unprecedented mobilization of Parkland Institute students to impose stricter controls on arms sales, former President Donald Trump refused to ban the sale of assault rifles. Successive US administrations have been unable to contain the mass shootings that American schools, shopping centers, companies and temples are witnessing from time to time.
nstoolman1
Semi auto machine gun. Hello, you can't buy a machine gun without a strict background check, a tax stamp for $200 and the gun for around 30 thousand dollars. And then you have to be able to feed the beast. Then there is the small problem in that there are no semi automatic machine guns. There are machine guns and semi auto rifles. Civilians can't buy assault rifles. More scary rhetoric to scare the sheep. 1 1
