*** MilitiaMan *** Article: "Al-Tamimi reveals the date of the vote on the budget: resolving disputes is imminent" Quote: "It stated that "it is hoped that the budget will be presented to a vote within days."   I'll second that motion.. Within days lines up with the WTO, UN, HCL, Taxation of salaries possibly...Lets see what they do...Going to the private sector is going to need an international rate of exchange...imo.

While I hope he is right, Iraq has a way of avoiding doing anything they have to do.  Iraq is kind of like my kids used to be.  They find hundreds of new ways to avoid whatever it is that they are supposed to do.  One of these times, they will actually do what they need to do....maybe now!
