Another case of Hollywood wanting to turn away and not prosecute because he was monied and powerful. Sort of another Harvey Weinstein in music. He'd been outed from several places due to his gun use/threats against women. He confessed to the crime but tried to wriggle out of it even with 3 separate powerful attorneys.
