The Popular Mobilization Authority had formed a committee to investigate the bombing of the Green Zone, on Sunday, and recommended the arrest of three suspects involved in the bombing, after which special security forces arrested them for investigation, including a senior leader of the Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq militia.

However, Iraqi sources indicated that on Friday evening there were security tensions, which he described as being in the form of the explosion had it not been for the intervention of National Security Adviser Qassem Al-Araji and the head of the Al-Fateh Alliance Hadi Al-Ameri to calm the situation and warn of the seriousness of Al-Kazemi's threat, which forced the leader of Asa'ib Ahl al- Haq affiliated with the crowd to Retreat and direct its militants not to escalate and withdraw from the streets, so that things do not get out of control.

According to local media, Asaib Ahl al-Haq stipulated that, to leave their positions, the authorities release their detainee within 48 hours, but Al-Kazemi refuses to fulfill this request before the investigation ends and the investigative judge’s decision regarding his fate is issued.

Al-Kazemi conducts a night tour on the Rusafa and Al-Karkh sides of the capital, Baghdad (Media Office of the Prime Minister)

Social networking sites caught fire, the night before last, with what appeared to be a new confrontation between Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi and another faction of the armed factions, "Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq" led by Qais Khazali. Al-Kazemi's last confrontation was with the "Hezbollah Brigades" in the early days of his assumption of power, through what was known as the "Baathist operation." And since the two operations ended with a settlement through intermediaries from within the Shiite home, while the "Al-Buathi operation" appeared to be a setback for Al-Kazemi in his first confrontation with the factions, the Saturday evening operation represented an improvement in the performance of the security services, in addition to Al-Kazemi himself who appeared this The time is more strict in dealing with the crisis in terms of imposing the prestige of the state.
Al-Asaib had, through its leaders, defended a person belonging to it on suspicion of launching a missile targeting the US embassy in the Green Zone, but it fell on a house, killing 7 members of one family. Al-Asaib considered that his arrest was a "malicious accusation", and that he was not involved in the launching of the screamer. While a document showed that the person who was arrested was handed over as part of a settlement deal to the security of the "Popular Mobilization" as linked to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, who is Al-Kazemi, a source close to the Prime Minister told Al-Sharq Al-Awsat that "the detainee was not handed over to Any party, including (the crowd) security, ”indicating that“ he is subject to investigation by the competent authorities for the charges against him, and therefore the judiciary will be the deciding factor for it. ”
Al-Kazemi, who responded to what appeared to be a show of force by Al-Asaib, despite its denial that it did not move its forces in Baghdad. Rather, what was circulated were old videos, he toured the streets of Baghdad, and on a night that was the coldest this winter. The tour led Al-Kazemi to the upscale Al-Mansour neighborhood, where he took pictures with dozens of citizens gathered around him, and the tour led him to the city of Al-Kadhimiya, north of Baghdad, where he visited the shrine of Imam al-Kadhim.
Al-Kazemi was, before reaching a settlement, this time it seemed ready for a confrontation. On his Twitter account, he wrote: “The security of Iraq is a trust in our necks. We will not submit to adventures or diligence. We have worked silently and quietly to restore the confidence of the people, security services and the army in the state, after it was shaken by the adventures of outlaws.” He added, "We called for a truce to prevent our country from being thrown into another absurd adventure, but we are ready for a decisive confrontation if necessary."
The matter seemed to be a strongly worded and clear message at a time when the mediators began their consultations with the two parties in order to reach a settlement at a time when large forces were deployed in different areas of Baghdad, whether from the Special Division or the Counter-Terrorism Service, to deal with any developments.
And on the nature of confrontation and treatment, Dr. Hussein Allawi, a professor of national security at Nahrain University and head of the Akkad Center for Strategic Affairs and Political Studies, told Asharq Al-Awsat that “there is a shift in the spirit of the Iraqi authority to transfer the community’s desire to live under the state’s roof, and one One of the pillars of this is imposing the law and neutralizing Iraq from the US-Iranian conflict. ” He added: “There is a major problem which is weapons outside the country, and its ability to conform and agree with the conflicting regional agenda with the United States, especially with regard to the US-Iranian conflict,” indicating that “the Iraqi government is working to prevent the use of our lands as a missile platform against US interests that see Iran. That there is a need to target it to move the file of negotiation over its nuclear file ».
Regarding the measures taken by Baghdad this time, Allawi says, “The Iraqi government movement was effective this time to pull Iraq out of the intense and complex interlocking conflict, the law enforcement process, and end a large legacy that was based on embarrassing the Iraqi government in impeding its ability to stop missile attacks against US interests in Iraq ». And on the appearance of Al-Kazemi on the street, Allawi says, "When Al-Kazemi went to the street, he wanted to send multiple messages simultaneously, and it seemed that the messages arrived."
For his part, the leader of "Asaib Ahl al-Haq" affirmed that his movement is committed to the contexts of state action and the law. Khazali said, in a tweet, that “what happened from the arrest of a member of the (Popular Mobilization) on a malicious charge was dealt with with reason and wisdom,” indicating: “We are committed to the state and its institutions.” He added, "We affirm the right of the resistance to end the presence of American military forces while preserving the country's prestige by not targeting diplomatic missions."
In the context of this, the Joint Operations Command confirmed that the capital, Baghdad, is safe, and that the leadership intensified the intelligence effort by pursuing the rocket launchers. Maj. Gen. Tahsin al-Khafaji, the official spokesperson for the Joint Operations Command, said in a press statement, “The Joint Operations Command, and through the Baghdad Operations Command and the sectors advancing with it, and through the stable security situation the capital Baghdad represents, has the capabilities and capabilities to stop any deterioration of the situation. Security ». He added, "The capital, Baghdad, enjoys security through the Baghdad Operations Command and the deployed units of the Ministry of Defense and the Interior, which work with great effort, as well as the (Popular Mobilization Forces) and units of the Ministry of National Security, as well as intelligence and other security services, which operate with high efficiency and capabilities."
