Am I reading this right?  They can't get the budget passed, but they voted on another vacation day?!😁

When it comes to jobs, they never get the jobs done quickly because they like to delay delay delay ( this is like a part of the working habits ). Their motto " work as relax and happy as possible and get all free benefits paid by the government. ".When the jobs give them too much pressures , then they prefer to take a free holiday paid by the government at anytime, so they don't have to spend money for the holiday. Paid vacation? Hmm life is good. They don't have sense of urgency because they think budget isn't so important for them. This is wasting government's money useless. May be The most important for them is they get the salaries every month, free vacation at anytime, free health care, including dental benefit, free gas money, free eletricity, free car, and can use the government's house for free as long as they are still working for the government, etc. Everything is free and paid by the government as long as they are still working for the government. Life like that is good, isn't it folks, but how come they are never satisfied and have still done the corruptions to make them extremely wealthy without feeling guilty to their poor people who live on the street. This is unfair to the poor people on the street. Life sucks for the poor people. Life is good for the wealthy people  isn't it folks.

17 years of these fools running their yaps, shirking responsibility and just all around criminal behavior has been appalling on a grand scale of the most EPIC kind.
I’m preaching to the choir I know. Their selfishness, greed & “ Idiocracy “ is now legendary and carved in stone.

The only songs to be sung of this hellish mob will be followed by the sounds of thousands of people spitting on the ground after every line of the song being sung.

.... aaaannndd, yes I know I’m holding back my feelings here. Uh, NOPE - Bye for now & All the Best

Chief of Staff, the Prime Minister’s Office Judge Raid Johi described the new agreement as demonstrating the determination of the Iraqi government under the leadership of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi to assert the rule of law, strengthen oversight and improve the responsiveness and the performance of public and private sector institutions.

He added that the signing of the agreement on International Anti-Corruption Day comes as the Iraqi government begins to implement an ambitious reform programme known as the White Paper for Economic Reform to address the serious challenges facing the Iraqi economy.

Judge Raid Johi underscored the Iraqi government’s commitment to working with UNDP Iraq and with other international and Iraqi partners to combat poverty and corruption, and strengthen the role of women, young people and civil society institutions.

In October, the Iraqi government formally adopted the White Paper for Economic Reform, a comprehensive reform programme that sets out a clear roadmap to reform the Iraqi economy and address the accumulated, decades-old serious challenges that confront it.

The Iraqi government programme, which was approved by Iraq’s Parliament in May 2020, identified combatting corruption as one of its main priorities.

The programme outlines a range of measures to combat corruption, including reforming the system of awarding government contracts, enforcing current laws to pursue and return Iraq’s money that have been smuggled abroad and holding corrupt individuals accountable, regardless of their influence.
