The council’s statement read, Al Furat News received a copy of it, that he “would like to clarify that he, as decided, has the discretionary power in determining the suitability of issuing a law or not, and choosing the appropriate time for its issuance depending on the suitability of the circumstances surrounding the issuance of such a law.” He stressed, "His high keenness to complete the necessary legislative procedures to amend the Federal Supreme Court law or enact its law in a manner consistent with the provisions of the constitution as soon as possible, not because this is primarily related to the court's competence to ratify the final results of the legislative elections, but also to the role that the constitutional legislator has set for it. In defending the constitution’s protection and the rights and freedoms that are constitutionally guaranteed by monitoring the extent to which legislation conforms to the constitution’s provisions in addition to its other competencies. Parliament also affirms, "its relentless pursuit to reach the largest possible consensus between the parliamentary blocs regarding the aforementioned law with the aim of passing it in accordance with the constitutional requirements that required the enactment of the law by a two-thirds majority of the members of the House of Representatives, and bypassing the state of obstruction that is currently taking place in the work of the court due to the imbalance of the quorum of its members, which the House of Representatives did not have any." Role in receiving it. " While he indicated that “through his presidency, parliamentary committees and members, he works in order to optimize the period of the election cycle of the Council to legislate what can be legislated from important laws that affect the life of the citizen and provide the best services to him in the direction of achieving the public interest, and to exercise an effective monitoring role over the performance of the authority. Parliament noted to "correcting what some tried to establish in the minds of a false understanding of the provisions of the constitution related to the dissolution of the parliament, because the constitution clearly defines the procedures required for dissolution and does not accept jurisprudence and interpretation through a request submitted by a third of the members of the Council or the Prime Minister and with the approval of the President of the Republic, The constitution stipulated that any of the two aforementioned requests must be combined with the approval of the absolute majority of the number of members of the House of Representatives for a solution to be reached, and without that approval, a solution cannot take place. He continued, "Based on the above, it is clear that there is no correlation, unlike what some are trying to market between the dissolution of Parliament and the enactment of the Federal Supreme Court law." He called upon the House of Representatives to "absolutely be careful in presenting information and not to exploit what is provided by the vast space of democracy, freedom to express opinion and media appearances on satellite channels to distort the understanding of the honorable citizens through an inaccurate presentation of the provisions and rules of the constitution, or an attempt to paint a different picture of the realities of the course of affairs."
