VIP question here. I purchased a product last week. I have yet to receive any acknowledgement from DV that is was received although I see it in my account as a purchase. I have sent several support tickets after the purchase and have not gotten any response.

I have not previously experienced this. Anyone have any insight?? WH

It's true - this time of year is just slow for everything. We don't get responses as fast from the agencies we work with this time of year.

 

Please don't "submit multiple tickets" on the same matter, and also - this is definitely not the right place to discuss your VIP matters.
