The Independent / Mona Shaalan / Dr. Gabriel Saouma, a professor of international law and a member of the advisory body to US President Donald Trump, said that everyone is waiting for the Supreme Court’s decision regarding the election results to find out who is the winner of the presidency of the United States of America, Donald Trump or Joe Biden .

 

Trump's advisor added, in exclusive statements to The Independent, that there are appeals before the courts in several states presented by the attorneys of President Donald Trump , and after these appeals are decided, they will be appealed to the Supreme Court, in case the judgments are negative, until it is decided whether There are violations of election laws or not, and so far no state has decided who is the winner.

 

Gabriel indicated that the media decided to win Joe Biden , but the real result is decided by the legislature in each state at the end of the matter, and until now the legislative councils have not approved who is the winner due to the appeals submitted to the Supreme Court, regarding violations that affected the integrity of the process. Electoral and its results.

And Trump's advisor added, if the Supreme Court finds that there are transgressions that have already occurred and that caused Biden to win , in this case Donald Trump will win another presidential term, and in the absence of any errors, manipulation, or fraud in the electoral process, then Biden will be the winner.

Gabriel stressed that if the Supreme Court approved Biden's victory, Trump would be convinced of  his defeat in the presidential election, and recognize the victory of his Democratic opponent, Joe Biden , and the power handover process would go smoothly and he would leave the White House peacefully.
