Good Evening DV, here's a few opinions & comments that might be of interest to you. Remember, no one really  knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what  they perceive to be happening in Iraq. :twothumbs:RON

 

 

*** Footforward *** Article: "Kurdistan Region Ready to Submit All Its Oil To Bagdad If Given $753 Million Monthly"  The Kurds are ready to play ball basically.  They sound very ready and willing.

 

*** Kaperoni *** Article quotes:  "Ahmed al-Haj, a member of the parliamentary Finance Committee that is part of the newly formed financial alliance, told Al-Monitor that the international financial alliance consented to the request to exempt Iraq from the OPEC+ obligations, and added that consultations between countries will kick off within days..."  "He underscored that the international community does not want to see timid reforms, as was the case in the past..."  "The Kadhimi government released a white paper for economic reforms that consists of a vision to resolve problems in the non-oil sector...He indicated that the white paper for economic reform shows the international community that Iraq is serious about reforming its economic and financial situation."    We can hope that the plan works.

 

*** MilitiaMan *** Article:  Saudi Arabia announces "mega projects" for it in Iraq and is glad to open Arar" Quote: "There are giant projects that will be implemented in the next stage..."  My thinking is that the ports opening, the funding or KW projects and the salaries to be paid tomorrow are not a coincidence. At least they are closely linked to the coming days or so. So, from the sounds of all the data out, this is about over...If SA is on board, game over...I have to agree that is sure looks that way...imo.

White paper ?!  White paper ?! I got a roll of white paper in 3 rooms of my house. Plus what's left of a bundle of white paper rolls in the garage . Hope I don't  run out of white paper before this tv's. I can't  see about going to Iraq to get more .

      *** Pimpy *** ...one article says they plan on keeping the rate that it's at now for the next 3 years.  Some of you are going 'Oh my god we have to wait 3 years?'  That's very possible.  Like I said when you hear good news don't get overly excited.  When you hear bad news don't get overly bummed out.  IMO is it going to stay that way for 3 years?  No I don't think so...Hopefully peace will remain in the Middle East.  Iraq will continue to grow and if they could do this I think the rate change would change a little bit quicker...just because they say it don't mean that's how long it's going to take.  There are a lot of other things to take into consideration...do plans change?  Yes, they do...I have my own theories on why it's not going to last.

       
      *** MilitiaMan *** Article from yesterday: "Results of the foreign currency sale window for Sunday 01/24/2021, and executed today"  Here is just more support ...that they are ceasing the Multi Currency Practices... 0 cash sales. A key indicator change is coming.

      *** Ray *** Iraqi TV reported that Parliament will complete the amendments to the budget law by Wednesday or Thursday and will present them for voting at that time.

       
      *** MilitiaMan *** Article: "Sumaisem: America will not pump dollars into Iraq, and dealings will be in the digital currency...and Baghdad is forced to comply with the recommendations of the international monetary 27th December, 2020"   FORCED to devalue to 1460... Then think FORCE means they had to get in sync with the region. They are once they delete the zeros...imo...So there by they were forced into it, which means they have no choice but to RI...imo.

      *** Footforward *** ...I don't think Trump has to be in office. I think it would be better if he was in office. I believe Trump and Kushner have fixed things so that the RV can happen... 


      *** Jeff *** ...they actually launched the reforms on December 20th when they devalued the currency...that was a preparation step for the rate change.  That's them confirming to you they're preparing to change the rate...it was a tool being used to reduce the 3 zero note count in country...We are in a great spot.  We're in the best position ever...I've been telling you that January through March was the season for the rate change.  Iraq confirmed that when they implemented the reforms...

      *** MilitiaMan *** The HCL is ready to be voted on next week. 0 cash sales in the Auctions. 2021 Budget to be voted on next week as well.  The timing of these things is by no coincidence. It is to be show time.. imo. I highly doubt they came this far to go into a private or market economy at less than a program rate of 1460.. SDR is still $1.44 real close.. imo ~ Things looks very good.

       
      *** Mnt Goat *** Article: "IRAQ: CLOSING DOWN THE GREEN ZONE AFTER TWO SUICIDE BOMBINGS"    “security breaches"...This is the deep state and they will use Iran as their scape goat. Do you see they are creating FEAR again just when things were settling down and moving ahead once again. They will continue with these events until they get what they want or they are found out and shut down. This is how the deep state works..

      *** Walkingstick and Frank26  They finished.  They found the sweet spot.  They collected enough of the three zeros.  We believe over 40 trillion extra.  They are very happy with what they have as far as their numbers - the counts of the notes...we sense a rush to this process...they'll meet this coming Saturday.  They're putting together the poster-boards to show to the citizens...This coming Saturday they are making their final decisions...          

       
      *** Bruce   We were under the impression that Iraq had read their budget...our understanding is they did read the budget 3 times ...We did not get confirmed whether that made it into the “official” record or it may have made it into the official record and just held back so we did not see it - because if we had seen it  - it would release the actual value of the Iraqi Dinar ... it looks like the budget was passed – it looks like they might have a new rate...

      *** Adam Montana  We have some optimism on the Budget side, namely: Articles: "Barzani's party affirms guaranteeing Kurdistan's share of the budget: "No obstacles" so far"; "Parliamentary Finance: The budget will be ready next week"   If the Kurds weren't happy with their share, there would be a problem with HCL.  This says the opposite - all in agreement, ready to go next week, and that says to me:  Let's go HCL! ...GO RRRRVVVVV..!!!  Taken from another site that follows Adam and posts snippets from his chats.       *** Mnt Goat   ...they already told us in many previous articles that they have already collected substantial amounts of the currency and that electronic banking is now effective in every major city. We also know that limited amounts of the newer lower denominations are in fact already printed. ...do not give up on the reinstatement of the Iraqi dinar. It will be reinstated when the corruption both in Iraq and in the US is dealt with and things settle down...

       
      *** Walkingstick and Frank26   IOO they are finished with the tally.  They are finished collecting the 3 zeros and they are happy with the results.  The CBI is very pleased with the note count...this Saturday coming up they will continue to meet...It is our opinion that they are now going to talk about the new small category notes [NSCNs]...the topics they're covering are - how they are going to present it to the public.  Which ones because they may not come out with all the categories/denominations at the beginning.  The value.  In other words the exchange rate.  The note count that is to be distributed - how much are we going to be putting out into the streets.  They will continue the distribution of these notes even as they bring in the 3 zero notes before, during and after this whole process.  There seems to be a mad rush to do this.  We believe they brought in another 40 Trillion 3 zero notes.  
       
       
      *** Frank26    the budget itself is about to come out.  Now, if they come out with the budget, it's exposed.  It goes into the gazette and everyone will be able to see what the rate is...the exchange rate is not waiting on the budget.  The budget is waiting on the exchange rate and now we see the budget ready to be released for the 3rd reading.
