1 IQD= US$ 0.008377 ? is it real? has iqd already revalued by 10 times?

hi folks. i just feel shocked and surprised when  i just find out the iqd rate 1 iqd=us $ 0.008377. and i just want to get opinion whether it is real or just a quick test ( a preparation before rv comes ). i hope this is one of  sign of rv coming in a short and unpredictacble period of time. come rv.

For a quick test where the rate has already been increased by 10 times, hhmm not bad. Hopefully  when the real rv comes,  the rate will be higher than the quick test. Come rv.

I am really curious and a lot of questions come to mind, why would they write =0.008377 instead of =0.0008377? Even the cbi site and xe.com have never written a rate=0.008377 before. Are there any specific reasons they wrote=0.008377? Is something big about to happen? I have a huge doubt that they aren't doing without a purpose. Is there a something they aren't telling us? Are they trying to distract dinar investors? I just hope this is a reminder for dinar investors to prepare before the rv comes. Come rv.
