All The Gurus were on board claiming the RV was happening & we should see the new IQD UN Operational Exchange Rate on 1 November. Bank activities, they suggested were preparing us for our exchange appointments. Some Gurus even lay claims that private exchanges were going on right now. Other Gurus claimed to have reliable sources claiming the lower denoms & coins are in the hands of the Iraqi citizens. Still yet other Gurus claim it's a RI not a RV at the old exchange rate. How difficult is it for an Iraqi to take a pictures of the new lower denoms & coins for the entire world to see on the web? Here we are...going into another Holiday season, still broke.
