I really liked the part where it says ,"presented deals ... and mechanisms for their development ". That's the HCL . I keep thinking about Trump's campaign promise about being paid back for the war in Iraq . Only 8 days to go ,but don't be surprised .

It could be the twenty-fifth conference on oil and it would have the same

zero results. This is just a paid vacation where politicians fly around the country

on the tax payers money pretending to do business.  MARK MY WORDS***

It says it's on Zoom so they aren't flying anywhere. Might be pretending to do business, but definitely not enjoying it.

So if it's on ZOOM the Men will be in Coat & Tie, no slacks just wearing Fruit of the Looms with their favorite cloven hoofed buddy in tow. . . just to keep things " light "

As for what the Ladies' are wearing, they probably have the good sense to be completely dressed.

I think I woke up on the wrong side of the Bed today.

Yes Iraq - Baghdad

Today, Monday, October 26, 2020, the national oil marketing company SOMO revealed Iraq's intention to raise its oil production by one million barrels per day, indicating that the agreement with OPEC ends this month.

The company issued an explanation about what was published by some media agencies that instructed the Iraqi Ministry of Oil to increase oil production by (250) thousand barrels / day.

And she added in her statement that, as it is known, the agreement of the OPEC countries and the countries allied with it has entered into the agreement of the so-called OPEC + group to reduce production in its second phase since last August, and thus the reduction of production amounting to (1061) thousand barrels per day is no longer applicable to Iraq, as The reduction percentage for this stage is (18%) of the base of Iraq's proven production for the month of October of 2018, which amounted to (4,653) thousand barrels per day. Therefore, the amount of reducing Iraqi oil production for this stage is (849) thousand barrels per day.

And she continued: The percentage of Iraq's commitment to reduce production for the last months of August and September had exceeded the (100)% barrier to fulfill Iraq's commitment to the compensation plan for the quantities that it was unable to commit to reducing for the months (May, June and July) so that the total basic reduction plus the reduction of the compensation plan is With limits in excess of (1.2) million barrels per day.

She indicated that, in addition to what was mentioned above, and in view of the decision of the OPEC countries and the countries allied with it to extend the period of compensation for the quantities that a number of agreement countries could not reduce to the end of December of this year instead of the end of September as stipulated in the original agreement, Iraq presented an updated plan to reduce with The compensation is so that the total amount that Iraq reduces, starting from the current month of October, is up to (1) million barrels per day, and accordingly, there is an amount of more than (200) thousand barrels per day that can be added to Iraq's production without any breach of Iraq's commitment to the OPEC + agreement.

It concluded: Here the Oil Marketing Company wishes to confirm, on behalf of the Ministry of Oil, Iraq's commitment and full support to what has been agreed upon between OPEC countries and outside the framework of the cooperation agreement to achieve the goal of restoring stability and balance to the oil market and healthy growth of the global economy.
