Not too long ago , Kuwait dinar was worth $3.54US . Yesterday it showed up at $3.24. Now it's back down to $3.04. I've always thought that IQD would emerge at least slightly higher than Kuwait , otherwise Kuwait would have screwed themselves over when they held all the cards .

Oil. Oil prices are a little down compared to earlier in the year. Probably the main reason for a drop in rate.

This is a huge drop and fluctuation in Kuwait dinar. Kuwait has the oil ,but not as much as Iraq , with its sweet crude bubbling out of the ground and so easily accessable. I don't think it's pinned to the price of oil .
