For his part, the Iraqi ambassador in Medareer Adel Mustafa said, "Iraq possesses important and attractive qualifications, including the geographical location, abundance of resources and young manpower, followed by Investment Law No. 13 of 2006 and its amendments, which is the best of its kind in terms of the size of the privileges and facilities that it places in front of the investor." .

He praised the "strong bilateral relations at the political level between Baghdad and Madrid, which extend over seven decades, as well as Spain's participation in the international coalition in the war against ISIS, and after that King Philip VI's visit to Iraq and his meeting with the President of the Republic, Barham Salih," and thus this fertile ground on The level of the bilateral political relationship must be reflected positively on the economic relationship. "
