"The NATO mission continues to support the Iraqi forces, provide advice, train them and qualify them to fight ISIS," Magis Lovoua, the officer in the NATO Public Affairs Office in Iraq, stated in a televised statement, noting that the presence of "the mission does not include combat forces during the next stage."
