Details of the plan of the Iranian militias led by Al-Amiri and al-Maliki to use the salary crisis to overthrow Kazemi and spread chaos and to maintain corruption

Salaries

Iraqi political parties close to Iran have taken advantage of the salary crisis that Iraq is going through, to undermine Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi and set the street against him.
The severity of the crisis in Iraq has escalated, following the delay in handing over their monthly salaries to employees, while Parliament and the government compete with responsibility for that, despite the passage of about two weeks since salaries are due.
The government is calling on Parliament to expedite legislation that allows it to borrow money from the central bank to finance current expenditures and pay employee dues. Parliament says that the government did not implement the necessary reforms during the period of the first loan last June, which amounted to $ 15 billion.

Although the crisis is financial and not political, partisan parties exploited it for their own interests, and began a campaign against Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazemi, to undermine him and fuel the street against him, using several tools.

A media campaign
and for days, media institutions affiliated with the Islamic Radio and Television Union, which is funded by Iran, have been broadcasting reports and information materials about the deterioration of services in the country, the employees ’need for monthly salaries, and the impact of delaying those salaries.

Despite the awareness of the political blocs, that the conditions the country is going through, especially the oil price crisis, which coincided with the restrictions imposed by the outbreak of the Coronavirus, they insist on including the issue of salaries in its political battle against Al-Kazemi.

The State of Law coalition led by former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, and the Al-Fateh Alliance, headed by Hadi al-Amiri, represented the spearhead in this campaign, as it issued a statement on Monday, criticizing the government's policies, and demanding that salaries be disbursed as soon as possible.

The coalition demanded, in a statement by the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Finance, to “fully clarify before the Iraqi people what are the gates for disbursing the first borrowing amount that the government pledged, that it is sufficient to pay salaries until the end of this year.”

He added, "We demand the government to clarify in numbers the revenues of the border crossings, taxes and fees, and the government must withdraw its consent to install state dues on mobile phone companies."
MP Fadel Al-Fatlawi also considered that "the delay in salaries is a fabricated issue by the government, to obtain the approval of Parliament for it, for new borrowing."
He added: “The salaried employees and retirees, and the rest of the brackets that receive monthly salaries from the government, are not convinced of the government's justifications.”
This comes, following news of a movement led by Ameri and Maliki, to overthrow Kazemi, using the clans and some army officers. Al-Amiri and al- Maliki
fear that the early elections, which Al-Kazimi had set, will arrive at the beginning of June 2021, will arrive, and their popularity has completely weakened in the Shiite street, which seems to be ready to support the prime minister more than others in the next poll.

And political analyst Basil Al-Kazemi said, “The political blocs recently sensed danger from Al-Kazemi’s actions regarding border crossings, controlling state imports, and pursuing some criminal elements. Therefore, it took advantage of the issue of salaries and the financial crisis, "noting that" this also relates to the accumulated failure of previous governments, and the perception that these blocs are close to losing their influence in the country. "

Fears of losing influence
and said Kazemi , that " the other goal of fueling the Iraqi street, is to retain influence, and lack of accountability of corrupt, in the case of the stability of the country, the attention will go to the nature of governance and looting of winning Iraqi funds."
He emphasized that "the Iraqi people have become aware of what is going on in dark rooms and political scenes, because of the previous experiences that they have gone through."

An integrated plan with Iranian orders
The Iraqi government forms a committee to investigate the targeting of diplomatic missions The source added, "The plan involves the participation of forces, parties and armed factions, electronic armies, and political analysts, targeting the reformist movement represented by Al-Kazemi, Al-Sadr, Al-Abadi and Al-Hakim."
For his part, a source familiar with the nature of the political movement stated that “the front close to Iran has prepared a complete plan until the next elections, related to ways to overthrow the opposite political camp, headed by Al-Kazemi and the Sadrist movement, and to exploit the gaps in the government's work, to provoke a counter-public opinion. During the elections, he is ready to vote against this axis. ”

He pointed out that “these directives were issued by al-Maliki, after his return from Iran, as Tehran was anticipating the arrival of currents that it did not believe in, to come to power, as is the case at the present time.”

Maliki needs to be dealt with once and for all.,If they are going to arrest anyone it needs to be him. Now he has his orders from Iran and this is the final show down if we are going to have any progress. Al-Kezemi needs to put out an arrest warrant just like Malaki did for Dr. Shabibi some  years ago and I am glad Dr. Shabibi never returned to Iraq. Buckle up guys this is going to be one hell of a ride!!

Fouad Hussein holds Iran responsible for the security deterioration and says publicly: We expect from it a transparent dialogue so that the US embassy does not close

Rouhani and Fouad Hussein

Observers: The Foreign Minister’s move towards Iran fully confirms his awareness that Tehran is the engine of terror and missiles

. Observers said that the Iraqi Foreign Ministry’s actions , headed by Fouad Hussein in the crisis of the serious American threat to close the US embassy towards Iran and the leaders of the terrorist mullahs, confirms Fouad Hussein’s full awareness of the decision of bullets and missiles in Baghdad is headquartered in Tehran. If the terrorist mullahs agreed to stop firing rockets and assessed the seriousness of the situation in Iraq, the missiles would stop immediately.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs had revealed the intention of the Kingdom of Denmark to open its embassy in the capital, Baghdad, "soon". The ministry said in a statement that Minister Fouad Hussein discussed with his Danish counterpart Jebi Kofud mechanisms for strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries, including the opening of a Danish embassy in Baghdad within the framework of strengthening relations between the two countries. The ministry explained that this came in a phone call that Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein received from his Danish counterpart, Jebi Kuvud.
According to the statement, the minister stressed that the government has taken measures to enhance the security of diplomatic missions in Baghdad, while Minister Kofud expressed his country's support for Iraq and its keenness to consolidate bilateral relations. According to the statement, the two sides discussed the decision of the American side to withdraw its embassy from Baghdad, and its repercussions on the coalition countries and NATO.
The Iraqi foreign minister called on his counterpart to work together to persuade the Americans to reconsider this decision.
In the same context, Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein said that the attacks launched in Iraq not only affect diplomatic missions, but also the Iraqi people. He added that Iran has an influence on the Iraqi reality, and we expect it to take "positive steps."

9202028183020784870787.jpg
Earlier, Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein discussed with his German counterpart Heiko Maas, bilateral relations and ties between the two countries, and the US administration’s initial decision to withdraw the embassy from Baghdad. A statement issued by the Foreign Ministry stated that the two sides discussed, during a phone call, various future possibilities for the status of diplomatic missions in Baghdad, and stressed the importance of continuing to exchange views and communicate in order to find solutions to this crisis.
It is worth noting that the closure of the US embassy in the capital, Baghdad, according to several sources, has become a foregone conclusion and is only waiting for President Trump's decision, after the security chaos reached its climax.

Al-Kazemi Harraj: The prestige of Iraq is being handled by the Iranian militias, and it forms a committee headed by Al-Fayyad and Al-Araji to investigate those who violated the prestige!

Al-Kazemi and Fayyad at the headquarters of the terrorist popular crowd

Fayad terrorist Almellixiaoa and al - Araji , a report condemning the popular will raise the crowd and the terrorist Badr militia

ridiculed Iraqis, fromlabeled launchedKazemi onnew committee, which he called the probe to penetrateprestige of Iraq , or rather works touchedprestigeIraq!
And he gave her 30 days to present her report!
For more than four full months, Al-Kazemi did not know who penetrated the prestige of Iraq and who trampled on his own prestige and that of Iraq ?!
Observers said that the man is fond of statements and committees, but on the ground there is nothing or a decision that affects the lives of Iraqis.
The Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, had formed a committee to investigate violations of Iraq's prestige.
Al-Kazemi's office issued a document that includes the formation of a committee to investigate the violations that target the security of IraqHis prestige, reputation, international obligations, and the identification of default. The committee will be headed by National Security Adviser Qassem Al-Araji, and with leaders from the security services members, among them: the head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Faleh al-Fayyad, the head of the Iraqi National Security Service, Abdul-Ghani al-Asadi, and the Chief of Staff of the Army, Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah, the personal secretary of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Muhammad Hamid Kazim, Deputy Commander of Joint Operations, Abdul Amir Kamel Abdullah, and the Undersecretary for Intelligence and Administrative Investigations at the Ministry of Interior, Amer Saddam al-Maliki, with Major General Majid Ali Hussein al-Dulaimi, representative of the Iraqi National Intelligence Service.

10201817101819152843106.jpg
Al-Kazemi chaired the first meeting of the committee to investigate security breaches targeting the security and prestige of Iraq , saying that "this committee consisting of the security executive agencies and the Security and Defense Committee in the House of Representatives represents the opinion of national unity, and it will adopt this in its work. The parties that killed and injured Iraqis Innocent people, unlike the justifications for these attacks, only harm the future of Iraq and its relations. "
He also indicated that this matter has exceeded its limits in light of the complex crises that Iraq is experiencing, and that Iraq today faces a historic responsibility, as the state is undergoing a real test. He pointed out that this committee is authorized to obtain any information it requests from any party, and we expect it to come up with its results within the timeframe specified for it. The outputs of this committee will contribute to confirming the prestige and professionalism of the state and the military establishment.

8201813193949163103407.jpg
The committee is scheduled to work jointly with representatives of the House of Representatives, the Security and Defense Committee, including the head of the Security and Defense Committee in the House of Representatives, Representative Muhammad Ridha Dawud Nasir al-Haidari, and the Deputy Chairman of the Security and Defense Committee in the House of Representatives, Representative Nayef Makif Shannan al-Shammari. Representative Nasser Yusef Mohieldin Al-Haraki is the reporter of the Security and Defense Committee in the House of Representatives. The decision confirmed that the committee's work is presented within 30 days from the date of implementing this order.
It is noteworthy that America had issued a warning to Iraq a few days ago that it would close its embassy in Baghdad if the Iraqi government did not move to stop the Iranian-backed militia attacks against the Americans.
Meanwhile, violence by Iranian-backed militias has escalated in recent weeks against US interests, despite Mustafa Al-Kazemi's promises to launch a crackdown on them.
The activity of what is known locally as "Katyusha cells" has increased recently, especially since Al-Kazemi's visit to Washington two months ago, in an attempt to undermine his authority, according to what the US administration previously described these attacks.
Experts spoke to the "Baghdad Post" that Al-Kazemi entered the stage of political clowning and that a committee was formed with membership of Faleh Al- Fayyad and Qasim Al-Araji. Is it possible that the head of the terrorist mobilization will present a report against the gangs he heads? Is it conceivable for Qassem Al- Araji, a member of the Badr militia, to submit a report against Hadi Al-Amiri's gangs ??!
It is the stage of political clowning on the part of Al-Kazemi at the height of the tragedy.

16 pro-Iranian militias target diplomatic missions ... Katyusha rockets violate the armistice in Iraq

Militia

Informed sources revealed that there are 16 pro-Iranian Iraqi militias targeting diplomatic missions in the Green Zone in central Baghdad, including the US embassy.

Recently, Katyusha rockets fell inside the Green Zone in central Baghdad , two Katyusha rockets fell not far from it on the opposite side of the Tigris River, while a third missile fell in the vicinity of Baghdad International Airport.

The sources emphasized that what is new this time is that these missiles have changed their course so as not to provoke the early warning devices of the American embassy, which did not sound the warning sirens as usual, perhaps in a subtle indication that the target this time is not the embassy directly, but rather sending another veiled message to measure responses Whether governmental or American act.

For its part, the Security Media Cell described in a statement the launchers of these missiles as criminal terrorist groups, without specifying their identity.

In the context of the possible repercussions of the rocket fire after a ceasefire, all indications were directed towards its steadfastness, so the specialized experts have their opinion in this field.

The steadfastness of the truce according to expectations came with Iran's entry on the line according to the recent visit of Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein to Iran , in addition to the meeting that President Barham Salih had two days ago with both the Iranian ambassador, Areej Masjedi and the US ambassador, Matthew Toller.

In the meantime, President Barham Salih called on the security forces to enhance security and stability in the country, protect government buildings, centers and diplomatic missions, and consolidate the state’s authority to impose law and confront terrorists and illegal acts.

This came during Saleh's meeting with the Chief of Staff of the Iraqi Army, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Yar Allah.
Despite government assurances to work in this direction, all the indications indicate that the Katyusha rocket launchers are still the ones choosing when to declare war or stop it, despite the announcement of the three Iraqi presidencies about a week ago that they alone have the decision to war or not, and no other party.

For his part, political analyst Hussein Allawi says that Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi has obtained strong support to pursue 16 armed factions accused of targeting diplomatic missions.

He added in a statement that the current intelligence efforts in Iraq are focused on revealing basic information, the intended armed factions, their leaders and their sources of funding.

Allawi indicated that the features of the prosecution and disclosure of those groups have become very close and Al-Kazemi will hold a meeting with political leaders to reveal the details of those groups and take the appropriate decision.

A report talks about Al-Kazemi's options to confront the "missile launchers" in Iraq

He stressed that the government seems really serious to stop the missile attacks

According to a report by an American website, the Iraqi government headed by Mustafa Al-Kazemi appears to be really serious to stop the missile attacks that target diplomatic missions, which have become "embarrassing" and cause "the reputation of the Iraqi state," in spite of the criticism it is facing .

The report quoted a political analyst, said in a press statement, on Tuesday, 6 October 2020, the government seems determined to start effectively in the face of rocket launchers, especially after the announcement of the formation of a committee to investigate  security breaches "targeting Iraq 's security and prestige" , He continued, "What distinguishes this committee is not its leading members in the security services or the prime minister presiding over its first meeting, but also its announcement coinciding with what appears to be an escalation of an Iraqi diplomat towards countries believed to support the militants . "

While the former officer and security analyst, Safaa Al-Aasem, confirmed that "the bodies that launch missiles that target the Green Zone and Erbil and are responsible for the Radwaniyah incident possess heavy weapons that they cannot possess without an agreement with countries," indicating that "Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein visited Tehran last week. He explained to Iranian officials the current situation in an attempt to move the dialogue from under the table to over the table regarding the US-Iranian dispute.

He explained, "This means that the Iraqi government has begun to hint more clearly at Iran's role in supporting these groups and using them in the conflict with the United States, as the Foreign Minister said that the attacks must stop without a price, and he also touched upon a meeting with the representative of the United Nations Secretary-General, Jeanine Plasschaert." The latter is with Abdel Aziz al-Muhammadawi, the official of the Hezbollah Brigades, which the Americans accuse of being - along with other factions - behind the attacks on the embassy . "

According to analysts, the government's move to form a committee to investigate security breaches "targeting the security and prestige of Iraq" is a military escalation by the government against armed groups in parallel with the diplomatic escalation against its "supporters," as they emphasized that "the issue cannot be resolved by simply searching for weapons." Rather, the issue needs dialogues and political consensus in conjunction with the military intervention . "

Al-Aasim believes that the Iraqi army is "capable" of resolving the matter militarily, but the military escalation may threaten an Iraqi-Iraqi war, which he says can be avoided through dialogue .

While other analysts believe that the economic deterioration that Iraq is going through may be another reason for the continuation of the security problem, pointing to economic solutions that can contribute to imposing security and stability .

According to the economist Hassan Al-Asadi, "The government can invest in construction projects that will not cost it any money from the treasury, but it provides many job opportunities," noting that "young people may accept to join the factions out of financial need and the need to create job opportunities . "

And he added, "It is not possible to solve the crisis in Iraq by solving one of its aspects only because Iraq suffers from a complex problem that needs to find an integrated treatment plan for the economic, security and even health aspects . "

Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi said during his presidency of the first meeting of the investigation committee into security breaches "targeting the security and prestige of Iraq," that the parties that killed and injured innocent Iraqis, contrary to what the justifications for these attacks propagated, harm the future of Iraq and its relations, adding that " The matter has gone beyond its limits . "

Al-Kazemi formed the committee, headed by National Security Adviser Qassem Al-Araji and the membership of Faleh Al-Fayadh, head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Abdul-Ghani Al-Asadi, head of the National Security Agency, and the Chief of Staff of the Army Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Yar Allah, the secretary of the Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief, Lieutenant General Muhammad Hamid, and the deputy commander of joint operations and the intelligence agent And administrative investigations in the Ministry of Interior, and the committee also included deputies in the security committee in Parliament .

A bet on a woman absolute" .. Stories of sexual harassment under the shadow of militias in Iraq
07 October 2020

Iraq's measures are still below the required level to reduce sexual harassment cases (Getty)

Ultra Iraq - Editorial Team

Experts' opinions differ on whether sexual harassment has become a phenomenon in Iraq, especially after the protests that erupted in October 2019, which witnessed an active and influential role for women, embodied by students, young girls and women from different social strata without being subjected to little harassment, quite the opposite .

share

Many women fall victim to sexual harassment, especially in the workplace in Iraq

However, this does not negate the fact that many Iraqi women are victims of harassment, especially in the work environment, at rates of up to 70% in the private sector, according to research published by the "Al-Bayan" Center for Studies prepared by researcher Raghad Qasim, based on a questionnaire via Facebook.

"Crisis of values"!

Communication sites and platforms represented a suitable window for large numbers of women to tell their stories with "harassers" , in light of the inability to disclose them directly or to prosecute the perpetrators, due to social customs and traditions, which often blame women for issues of harassment and the victimization of women, or for fear of Clan consequences and problems.

On the other hand, many question the veracity of those stories circulated by platforms concerned with women's rights and others affiliated with civil society organizations. However, Professor Qassem Hussein Saleh , president of the Iraqi Psychological Association, clearly indicates, in an article for him, the growing cases of harassment as a result of "a crisis of values resulting from a crisis." Politics, specifically relating to the moral conscience. "

The Harassment Environment!

Although harassment may affect women in the streets, markets, or taxis, for example, work sites represent the ideal environment for "harassers" in Iraq, according to the accounts of working women who spoke to Ultra Iraq.

Sexual harassment at work is a form of unlawful sexual discrimination, and as defined by the Iraqi Labor Law No. (37) of (2015): “Any physical or verbal behavior of a sexual nature, or any other behavior based on sex, and which affects the dignity of women and men, It is undesirable, unreasonable, and insulting to whoever receives it; and leads to the refusal or non-submission of any person to this behavior - explicitly or implicitly - to make a decision affecting his job. "

"Follow me to the fashion store"!

Marwa Samir, 22, regrets when she talks to us about an incident of harassment that she suffered in a fashion center in Hilla, south of the capital, Baghdad, which forced her to quit her job.

The girl, a university student, says, "The matter started with verbal harassment by the director of the center, who used to describe my body whenever I passed in front of him, before he once followed me to the fashion store when I was preparing goods for sale, and he touched me, but I managed to escape from it." She immediately left the job site without returning. "

share

Ultra Iraq investigates several stories of harassment from girls who have lived through their bitter experiences

The accident caused a psychological crisis for the girl, who no longer thinks about looking for a job despite her need for money to pay for her studies, as it turned out, and it represented a "nightmare" that haunted her and reflected on her relationships even with her colleagues at the university, as it was described.

"An absolute bet!"

But the option of escaping without returning to work may not be available to all women who face harassment, as the decades of wars and long crises that the country have lived through have left huge numbers of widows and divorced women who have no choice but to continue searching for a living.

"Fatima Karim," a pseudonym for an architect who lives in the southern city of Nasiriyah and works in a government institution, says that "divorced women are exposed to harassment more than their peers, because of the social stigma that affects them."

The 30-year-old told Ultra Iraq, angrily aside from the harassment she suffered, “I had to go through complicated and lengthy procedures to stay away from the previous workplace, after a number of employees launched a bet when they knew that I was divorced, and each of them began trying to capture me, and some of them dared Verbal harassment. "

The engineer now works in another department with the majority of her employees being women, although she does not fit her major to avoid bullying and harassment, she says.

War and Militias ... Harassment is booming!

Social studies identify wars, injustice and hatred as the most prominent reasons that contribute to the disruption of individual value systems, according to  specialists , which means the spread of negative phenomena in society, such as sexual harassment and others.

Translator Sinnar Hasan from Baghdad says, "The sectarian conflicts and wars that Iraq has lived through in recent decades have contributed to the increase in the number of widows and orphan children, and pushed women to the labor market in complex conditions with the absence of the state, to be prey to persecution and extortion by the bosses, or even some Clerics who take advantage of the poverty of some women and bargain with them in return for giving them what they need. "

The 26-year-old pointed out that "the domination of militias and the lack of weapons contributed to pushing women to work, after many young men were forced to flee or go into hiding, as well as families who lost their breadwinners in assassinations and kidnappings."

share

Wars and militia domination have contributed to the increase in sexual harassment cases in Iraq

In an interview with Ultra Iraq, it was found that “ignorance of labor laws due to lack of access to adequate education, as well as social reasons that prevent access to the judicial system, often exposes women to exploitation and helps harassers to escape punishment.”

Silence .. and the absence of deterrence!

Harassment is practiced in secret, and most of its victims remain silent, as researcher Raghad Qasim says that 98% of women who have been subjected to harassment have not filed a lawsuit and did not inform the employer for fear of losing work, or for fear of disclosure due to social customs and traditions.

While specialists confirm that Iraq's procedures are still below the level required to reduce cases of sexual harassment, the Iraqi legislator, according to a university professor and doctor in international law, Riad Al-Sindi , “did not provide a specific definition of harassment in the Iraqi Penal Code No. 111 of 1969, as amended in effect, but rather Among the crimes that violate morals and public morals. "

Al-Sindi says that the definition of sexual harassment was stated in the Iraqi Labor Law No. 37 of 2015 in force, and Article 11 of it stipulated a prison sentence of no more than six months and a fine not exceeding one million dinars or one of them for the perpetrator of harassment. It is an acceptable punishment, according to Professor Qassem Hussein Saleh, "but it is subjected to violations in application as well as the lack of a media culture that it popularizes among young people in particular," as he put it.

They rebuked him ... but he continued!

The absence of a real deterrent often pushes victims of harassment to choose to leave work, as Rania Ahmed, 27, refers to her experience with a manager in his sixth decade of life who was responsible for a department in a company in the capital, Baghdad.

She says with some hesitation and shame, that "the complaint that I filed against him did not prevent him from continuing the verbal harassment and fabricating problems, even after the company management gave him a warning and a rebuke, which led me to leave the job that saved the costs of treating my mother, who suffers from a chronic disease."

Retro Ideas!

Harassment is a complex condition that no society is free of, and it is a disturbing phenomenon linked to "reactionary ideas", including the lack of acceptance of women being in high-ranking workplaces, says Israa Qais, who runs a division in a private bank in Baghdad.

The 28-year-old revealed to "Ultra Iraq" that "some male employees complain when they are assigned to accomplish something of the tasks or when directing notes or warning about a shortcoming, and they consider this a violation of their manhood."

Specialists confirm that Iraq's procedures are still below the required level to reduce cases of sexual harassment

The results of the questionnaire adopted by the researcher Qasim indicate that "80% of women have heard or witnessed cases of harassment at work, while 42% have experienced direct harassment, 27% of them had to leave work, and 19% of them had to make concessions to get a job." .

"Sexual good"

Despite the interactions with the stories of sexual harassment, they assert that they have been working for years in non-governmental institutions and have not been subjected to sexual harassment. On the contrary, they found great respect. Others believe that employers often employ women as "a commodity for marketing or for the purpose of sexual exploitation."

Moataz Ayoub, director of the Syrian Al-Youm TV office in Iraq, said, "Many corporate and media officials rely on appearance when hiring, believing that women who take care of their appearance and elegance are more receptive to harassment."

Moataz added to "Ultra Iraq", "Some of those bargain with the woman over her body in exchange for a job or promotion, so that she will be expelled if you are faced with rejection."

How do we prove harassment .. Who is responsible ?!

The most important causes of harassment, according to scientific studies, are summarized as “poor family upbringing and situations resulting from family disintegration, sexual repression and considering harassment as a recreational means of trouble, a backward societal culture that provides adolescents with the idea that harassment is a form of masculinity, weak religious conviction, lack of judicial sanctions. Deterrent, previous history of sexual harassment, criminal history, or history of mental illness.

Regarding the reasons for his growth in Iraq, Ghada Ghazwan, a member of the "Women Human Rights Defenders" coalition, says, "Society always gives the right to men for flimsy reasons and arguments, and they have nothing but shame and fear of scandal, while working women struggle with harassment in secrecy in order to preserve their reputation on the one hand, and to avoid Loss of work on the other hand, in addition to the difficulty of proving harassment, especially if it comes from employers who exploit their power and influence.

Ghazwan, 33, asserts to Ultra Iraq, “Working women are subjected to harassment, regardless of age, marital status, education level, or even the type of clothing, as observers talk about the growth of these cases, especially in the private sector, by co-workers or managers. In the absence of control and deterrence. "

The greatest responsibility for preventing sexual harassment from turning into a phenomenon rests with the family, educational institutions, the media, and religious leaders.

However, the President of the Iraqi Psychological Association believes that it is not correct to hold the responsibility for sexual harassment to one party without the other, and confirms that “all parties are responsible, starting with the individual, be it young or girl, passing through the family and educational institutions to reach power, but the ratios of this responsibility vary from End to end. "

The Iraqi professor explains that "reforming the political process in Iraq is difficult, which means that it will continue to produce crises, which places the greatest responsibility in preventing the transformation of sexual harassment into a phenomenon, on the shoulders of the family, educational institutions, the media and clerics."

The Hezbollah Brigades militia ... the most dangerous Iranian proxy in Iraq

Wednesday, October 07, 2020 03:43 PM

A detailed article published on the "War on the Rock" website revealed many details about the organizational structure of the Hezbollah militia in Iraq, how Tehran formed it, the extent of its strength and how to limit its influence, and much other information.

According to the information, Kataib Hezbollah has become the most dangerous Iranian proxy in Iraq, after it participated in many activities to protect and expand Tehran's influence in Iraq and the region.

The militia has also helped suppress anti-Iranian protests in Iraq, and its territory has been used to launch attacks on other countries.

The information revealed that the influence of the militia has expanded significantly in recent years, and has become the most reliable agent for Iran to advance its ambitions in Iraq.

The report indicated that it is at the height of Tehran's campaign against US forces in IraqIn 2007, Qassem Soleimani found that there was a need to form a more flexible militia to achieve his interests.

According to the report, Soleimani did not find anything suitable for him in the militias in his possession. With the help of a few Iraqi and Lebanese militia leaders, including Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, he gathered 5 smaller militias to form the Hezbollah Brigades, which the writer called the "Secret Corps."
These militias were represented by what is known as the Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas Brigade, the Karbala Brigades, the Zaid bin Ali Brigades, the Ali al-Akbar Brigades, and the al-Sajjad Brigades and joined under one banner and received advanced Iranian weapons and intensive training from the leaders of the Lebanese Hezbollah , until the formation of the "Iraqi Hezbollah".

While the militia has maintained, since its inception, close relations with the Lebanese Hezbollah and its leaders, most notably Imad Mughniyeh, who played a major role in forming the Iraqi militia, with nearly 10,000 fighters, most of them inside Iraq and some in Syria.

The activities of the Hezbollah Brigades are not limited to military and security operations, as the extremist group runs media outlets, has cultural centers, and has established research centers.

The Hezbollah Brigades also controls important directorates within the Popular Mobilization Forces, most notably the Security Directorate, which is rapidly developing and transforming into an influential internal affairs force with intelligence capabilities and has its own forces.

In addition, it controls the Missile Directorate within the PMF, and this is especially important, because Iran has sent ballistic missiles to Kataib Hezbollah and is working to transfer missile technology to the group, a privilege not granted to other pro-Iranian militias in Iraq.

According to the article, the group divides its fighters into two main categories. Members of the first category are called "bodies", and they are the fighters who have been tested and gained the confidence of their leaders. As for the members of the second category, which consists of the majority of fighters, they are called "numbers" and they are among those who see little information. About KH's activities and chain of command, to the point where they sometimes do not even know the real names of their direct commanders, and only know their pseudonyms instead.

It is noteworthy that America was launched a warning to Iraq days before it will close its embassy in Baghdad if the Iraqi government did not move to stop attacks by militias backed by Iran against the Americans.

White House official: I expect America to return to the nuclear agreement with Iran

19:47 - 10/07/2020

%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A8%D9%8A%D8%AA-%D8%A7%D9

Information / translation ...

Professor Frank von Hebel, a former White House official, confirmed that the United States might return to the nuclear deal in the event the Democratic presidential candidate rises, but nevertheless the relationship between Washington and Tehran will remain difficult and hostile.

"Even if the United States joined the 2015 nuclear agreement with a democratic president and Congress," the Tehran Times newspaper quoted Hebel in an interview translated by Al-Maaloumah. The relationship between Washington and Tehran will remain difficult and hostile because Iran has its historical reasons for not trusting the United States.

He added, "The overthrow of the Mosaddegh government in 1953 and the United States' support for Saddam's regime in the eight-year war against Iran are stark examples of the reasons for mistrust."

In response to a question related to the difference in policies between Democrats and conservative Republicans towards Iran, Hebel said, “I think that the democratic administration is more independent from the Israeli, Saudi and Emirati views, but if politically impossible conditions are set by Iran to join the JCPOA, it will continue. Sanctions, France, Germany and Britain will indeed become more supportive of the US position.

He continued , "I understand the argument that Trump 's administration has caused unjustified to inflict significant economic damage to Iran , and that it must compensate Iran for such damage. However, despite the United States' return to the JCPOA agreement, and even with a Democrat president and Congress in place, the relationship between the United States and Iran will remain difficult and hostile.

He pointed out that "the American administrations, whether democratic or republican, will remain committed to the security of the Zionist entity, even with the reduction of their military presence in the Gulf and even if there is disappointment with the entity and its dealings with the Palestinians," and this is a difficult issue to solve. End / 25 z
