860677-5f7f6af8-226e-40d3-8d38-66bc1bbf2
Baghdad / NINA / The advisor at the Ministry of Finance, an economist, Hazem Hadi, affirmed that: The closure of the US embassy prevents international financial institutions from continuing to grant aid to Iraq.

He told the Iraqi National News Agency ( NINA ) that: The United States is the one that protects Iraq's funds abroad and oil imports from implementing court decisions on compensation for the private sector account.

Hadi added that: The United States is the pressure on the international financial institutions to provide aid to Iraq.

And he indicated that the closure of the embassy will have negative international effects, and that it does not praise its consequences, as it gives its hand to destroy the military installations that it believes are responsible for hitting it.

The information / Baghdad ..
The Parliamentary Finance Committee issued a statement, on Sunday, regarding linking the salaries of employees to the borrowing law, accusing the government of trying to throw the ball in front of the parliament to approve the borrowing that will lead to bankruptcy.
The committee said in a statement that it received the "information", a copy of it, "While we have long waited for the government and the Ministry of Finance to implement the provisions of the Domestic and Foreign Borrowing Law approved by Parliament on 6-24 of this year, which set 60 days to present the economic and financial reform plan, we were surprised by a project. Another borrowing law, as if the ministry’s job is to borrow only. If it continues, Iraq will declare its bankruptcy within six months from now, and here we ask what next? And is this the solution in your opinion ?? And what if oil prices fell more than they are now ??
She added, "Unfortunately, we see that the government is trying to throw the ball in front of the House of Representatives and choosing it between agreeing to a borrowing that will soon lead to the destruction of the country, whose consequences will be borne by generations, and between statements that try to pressure us to export," There are no salaries without the parliament's approval of that borrowing to embarrass the parliament and Shuffling the cards, "
she continued," and here we would like to assure all of our people that the issue of salaries is not the responsibility of the legislative authority, and it is a purely governmental duty and one of the core of its obligations to its people, and that any attempt to throw the ball at the House of Representatives is to disavow that responsibility and obligations The government must do it. ” End / 25

The Iraqi Foreign Ministry: We have received Washington’s “principled” decision to move the embassy to Erbil

9e7133e870c08f9435f44065671db68c_L.jpg?1601765512

Today, Saturday, the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that it did not receive requests to move any embassy outside the capital, Baghdad, noting that there is coordination between the government and the ministry regarding the initial US decision.

"Iraq has not received anything official about closing embassies and diplomatic missions, or moving them outside Baghdad," said the ministry’s spokesman, Ahmed Al-Sahaf.

Adding, "The State Department received Washington's initial decision to move the embassy to Erbil, which called on the Iraqi government and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein to move to dialogue with Washington and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, on the initial decision."

Al-Sahhaf added, "Iraq has felt that there is a clear understanding from European countries and the United States of the challenges facing the current government."

Regarding the results of the investigation about the targeting of embassies, Al-Sahhaf said, "Until this hour, the investigation committee has not announced the full results, regarding the targeting of embassies and missions, but the security and intelligence effort, and government coordination under the supervision of Al-Kazemi and the Minister of Foreign Affairs is continuing.

And Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi said earlier that the continuous missile attacks called on diplomatic institutions and bodies to consider closing their embassies, the first of which is the United States of America and the European Union.

He added, "This position is not directed against the Iraqi government, but against the conditions of the country, and the closure of embassies means lack of cooperation with countries in the economic, cultural and military aspects, in light of the great challenges that Iraq faces."

Al-Kazemi explained, "There are those who claim to be Iraqis and are working to turn the land of Iraq into an arena for conflict, and the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America have announced that they do not want Iraq to be an arena for conflict.

This is Peter Zheihan recently talking about American intentions in the Middle East. This is not a bluff. America is leaving, repositioning. Embassy moved? I suspect if American doesn't get what it wants, chopping up Iraq, freeing up Kurdistan may be in the cards. Come together boys and girls.
